A printing apparatus includes a printing unit configured to perform printing on a recording target, a projection unit configured to project a printing sample image onto the recording target, a detection unit configured to detect a user operation within a projection area into which the projection unit is configured to perform projection, and a control unit configured to control the printing unit based on a printing condition, wherein the control unit changes the printing condition, based on the user operation that is detected by the detection unit.

The transmission process transmits print data based on the processed image data and a cut command to the printer.

An information processing apparatus connected to a printing apparatus includes a storage configured to store user print settings, common print settings, and restrictive information restricting changes to print settings; a display configured to display print settings; and a controller including a processor and configured to acquire the user print settings, the restrictive information, and the common print settings. If there is a setting item restricted by the restrictive information, the controller causes a setting value in the common print settings to be reflected in a setting value for the restricted setting item of the user print settings, and causes the display to display the resulting user print settings, with entry for the restricted setting item being restricted.

An image forming apparatus includes an image bearing member, a transfer member, a power source, a detecting portion, a controller, an environment detecting portion, and a contact member. In a case that an absolute water content acquired on the basis of environmental information is a predetermined threshold or more, the controller sets a limit voltage on the basis of a detection result of the detecting portion in a state in which the recording material is absent in a transfer portion, and the controller controls the power source so that an absolute value of a voltage applied from the power source to the transfer member during contact of the recording material with the transfer member and the contact member is an absolute value or less of the limit voltage.

An image forming apparatus includes a processor configured to: receive paper information on a type of paper on which an image is formed; acquire assist information about assistance to supply the paper by supplying gas to the paper and adjustment information about positioning of the paper after assistance to supply the paper is performed, the assist information and the adjustment information corresponding to the received paper information and relating to transport of the paper; and perform control for storing the paper information, the assist information, and the adjustment information in association with one another into a memory.

The data receiving portion is configured to receive talk data containing plural pieces of speech related data along a time series, the speech related data including speech display texts from each of a first and a second speaker. The display control portion is configured to control the display device so that the plural pieces of speech related data is arrayed and displayed in order of the time series along a tape length direction, and first and second speech related data respectively in relation to the first and second speaker contained in the talk data are displayed in mutually different forms.
