Modular ammunition counter
12437179 · 2025-10-07 · ·

A method and apparatus for counting belted or bulk ammunition rounds. The modular ammunition counter includes a detachable electronics assembly, an ammunition guide for receiving the ammunition rounds, and a sensor module. The electronics assembly is configured to count the number of ammunition rounds that pass through the coupled ammunition guide. This method of ammunition round counting offers a significant improvement in speed and accuracy compared to manually counting the ammunition rounds by hand.

Systems and methods for vision based counting

Disclosed are image based counting systems and methods. Image based counting systems and methods employ one or more imaging devices (e.g., one or more color cameras) and one or more illumination devices (e.g., one or more illumination sources to provide variable and/or dynamic lighting). In some examples, the image based counting system provides illumination to a tray upon which one or more items (e.g., pills) are placed. The illuminated items are then imaged by the one or more imaging devices based on one or more imaging techniques or processes to determine and/or present information associated with one or more properties of the item.

FINGER-WEARABLE ANTI-STRESS DEVICE
20250303105 · 2025-10-02 ·

A finger-wearable anti-stress device having a ring and a main body is provided. The ring extends along and about a rotation axis and delimits a finger seat suitable for housing at least partially a finger of a user. A ring seat is provided in the main body, in which the ring is rotationally engaged with respect to the main body to allow rotation of the main body with respect to the ring and about the rotation axis due to a torque imposed by the finger of the user on the ring. The finger-wearable anti-stress device has a revolution counter sensor configured to count a number of complete relative rotations between the ring and the main body.

Photoelectric sensor for seed dispensing system
12514151 · 2026-01-06 · ·

A seed dispensing system is provided with a photoelectric sensor for monitoring the dispensing of seeds from a seed dispenser comprising a discharge conveyor with conveyor flights that transport seeds through the seed dispenser. The sensor outputs a signal representative of obstructions to the flow of light in an optical path of the sensor, and a computing unit is adapted to distinguish portions of the output signal that are attributable to the passage of one or more seeds from portions of the output signal that are attributable to the passage of a conveyor flight.

System and method for determining product count information using magnetic sensors
12541742 · 2026-02-03 · ·

A system includes a longitudinal rack storing a plurality of items, a shoe movably attached to the rack, a magnet coupled to the shoe and a longitudinal circuit board arranged along the length of the rack. The circuit board includes an array of sensors along the length of the rack. Each sensor generates a voltage value depending on a position of the magnet in relation to the sensor. The circuit board further includes a memory storing voltage values generated by the sensors, and a processor configured to monitor voltage values generated by the sensors, detect that a particular sensor has generated a maximum voltage value and determine a number of items stored in the rack based at least in part upon a particular number of items corresponding to the particular sensor.
