SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING THE PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
A system for managing the performance of services. A schedule includes slots for performing services. A referral profile database contains historical data for referral sources of the services. An incoming request module receives on an inquiry date an inquiry from a client to reserve one of the slots in the schedule for performing a requested service, and also receives one of the referral sources referring the client. A scheduling module reserves a scheduled slot among the slots for performing the requested service for the client. An analysis module determines whether the requested service has been performed and, when performed, stores a completion date corresponding thereto. The analysis module calculates a delay between the inquiry date and the completion date. An action module updates the historical data for the one of the referral sources based upon whether the requested services were performed, and based on the delay calculated.
Multi-activity venue automation
A venue automation environment is disclosed in which various forms of automation and user integration can be managed across one or more activities at one or more venues. Venue automation and integration can include automation at various stages of participant engagement including before, during, and after visiting one or more venues and participating in one or more activities at a venue. Venue automation and integration can include automated itinerary generation, activity reservation, participant identification, access control, payment managing, scoring, media capture (e.g., audio, photo, and video), and venue management.
Moveable safety deposit box system
A re-locatable safety deposit box facility that allows for 24/7 access by authorized personnel to their safety deposit boxes without the need for any attendants at the facility. The facility is self-contained and re-locatable, such that it can be moved from one location to another location. In some embodiments, the facility may be, for example, a standard size shipping container. It has interior dimensions that are sufficient to house an array of safety deposit boxes. The container may also be equipped with devices that may be used to lift the entire container up so that it may be moved to another location.
TRACKING INTENDED AND ACTUAL PARTICIPATION IN A MEETING
This disclosure concerns systems and methods for tracking participation in meetings and managing conference rooms. A participation object may be used. The participation object may include an intended participation status and real-time participation status for each invitee to a meeting. The intended participation statuses may indicate whether each invitee intends to participate in the meeting and how each invitee intends to participate in the meeting. The intended participation statuses may be updated based on responses to meeting invitations. The real-time participation statuses may indicate whether each invitee is currently participating in the meeting and how each invitee is currently participating in the meeting. The real-time participation statuses may be updated based on check-ins. The check-ins may be received close to a start time of the meeting and during the meeting. The participation object may also include a meeting summary. The meeting summary may summarize participation in the meeting.
RETROSPECTION ASSISTANT FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS
A meeting record of a meeting attended by a user via a meeting application is received. Sentiment analysis the meeting record is performed to identify one or more key events in the meeting, and retrospective feedback for the one or more key events identified in the meeting is determined. The retrospective feedback identifies respective actions or non-actions by the user in connection with respective key events among the one or more key events, and includes respective feedback on the respective actions or non-actions to recommend modified behavior of the user in subsequent meetings. The retrospective feedback is provided for display to the user.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DYNAMIC SURVEY AND WEBINAR CREATION
Various embodiments of an apparatus, method(s), system(s) and computer program product(s) described herein are directed to a dynamic survey engine the receives survey content and a survey mapping associated with a host user account(s) of a scheduled online webinar. The dynamic survey engine presents at least a portion of the survey content to one or more attendee user accounts. The dynamic survey engine aggregates survey response content received from one or more attendee user accounts. The dynamic survey engine identifies a dynamic survey action based at least in part on a portion of the survey mapping that is related to at least a portion of the aggregated survey response content.
Intelligent automated assistant in a messaging environment
Systems and processes for operating an intelligent automated assistant in a messaging environment are provided. In one example process, a graphical user interface (GUI) having a plurality of previous messages between a user of the electronic device and the digital assistant can be displayed on a display. The plurality of previous messages can be presented in a conversational view. User input can be received and in response to receiving the user input, the user input can be displayed as a first message in the GUI. A contextual state of the electronic device corresponding to the displayed user input can be stored. The process can cause an action to be performed in accordance with a user intent derived from the user input. A response based on the action can be displayed as a second message in the GUI.
USER INTERFACES FOR MANAGING RECEIPT AND TRANSMISSION OF CONTENT
The present disclosure generally relates to managing receipt and/or transmission of content.
System for verification and management of paired assets related applications
A computerized system for verifiable pairing physical assets with digital representations comprising a set of non-transitory computer readable instructions for retrieving a design record having a material list, retrieving a supplier record according to the design record and according to a first verification, retrieving a shipping record according to the supplier record and according to a second verification, and creating a material receipt record including a third verification representing that the material is received at the location and is the same material that was designated in the designer, provided by the supplier, received by the shipper and delivered to the location.
System, method, and computer program for network experience optimization using a home network router
As described herein, a system, method, and computer program are provided for network experience optimization using a residential network router. In use, an electronic calendar is accessed by a residential network router. Additionally, the residential network router determines a plurality of events saved to the electronic calendar, wherein the plurality of events require, at least in part, simultaneous network resource (e.g. bandwidth) usage. Further, the plurality of events are prioritized, using the residential network router. Still yet, available network resources are assigned among the plurality of events, using the residential network router, based on the prioritization.
