Described are a system, method, and computer program product for reconfiguring a transaction during network processing. The method includes receiving, from a merchant system, a transaction request including transaction data and configured in an initial configuration associated with a single-message transaction or a dual-message transaction. The method includes determining, based at least partly on the transaction data and/or at least one parameter of a merchant profile associated with the merchant system, a recommended configuration associated with a single-message transaction or a dual-message transaction, the recommended configuration different from the initial configuration. The method includes reconfiguring the transaction request based on the recommended configuration. The method includes generating a communication to a transaction processing system configured to cause the transaction processing system to process the transaction request as a single-message transaction or a dual-message transaction based on the recommended configuration.

Systems and methods of completing transactions with currency are described. One method includes receiving, by a server computer, an identifier request message with a transaction amount for a transaction with a user from a resource provider computer. The server computer sends to the resource provider computer an identifier response message with a one-time identifier. The user provides currency, such as physical currency, and the one-time identifier to an access device, or an operator associated with the access device. The server computer then receives an authorization request message including the transaction amount and the one-time identifier from the access device. The server computer associates the identifier request message with the authorization request message using the one-time identifier and sends, an authorization response message to the access device. The server computer then sends a transaction completion message to the resource provider computer.

The merchant's banking details are appended to the transaction request. The transaction request, with the appended banking details, is transmitted to a user's bank. Confirmation is received that a transaction has been performed in accordance with the transaction request. A confirmation is transmitted to the merchant to indicate that the transaction has been performed.

Systems, methods, and computer readable media are disclosed for providing a hand free interaction between a user and a dispenser device. In embodiments of the invention, a mobile communication device and a beacon device associated with the dispenser device (or the dispenser device operating as a beacon device) may perform mutual authentication with a federated platform. Once the entities are authenticated, the user may be allowed to dispense the resource utilizing the dispenser device. Data associated with the interaction and related to the resource dispensed may be provided to the federated platform via the mobile communication device and the interaction data may be recorded. A system and method for implementing a fast payment is described. A request to execute a payout to a payee account is received, where the request includes information about the payout. At least one payment rail available for the requested payout is determined from a plurality of payment rails based on the included information. Rules associated with each of the at least one payment rail are identified. A fastest payment rail is determined from the at least one payment rail for executing the payout based on the identified rules and the information about the payout. The payout is then executed over the determined fastest payment rail.

Systems and techniques are provided for a resource transfer system. An instruction to transfer a first quantity of a resource from a first resource pool to a second resource pool may be received. A hold may be placed on a second quantity of the resource in the first resource pool. The held second quantity of the first resource may not be transferred from the first resource pool until the hold is released. Responsive to receiving a message that fulfills a condition on the hold and an instruction to execute the transfer, the hold may be released. A register that is in the first resource pool and is associated with the resource may decremented by the first quantity, and a register that is in the second resource pool and is associated with the resource may be incremented by the first quantity.
