SETTLEMENT PAYMENT DEVICE AND UNMANNED STORE SYSTEM
A cost calculation and payment device includes: a main body provided with a placement portion on which the user places merchandise items; a first camera for capturing an image of the merchandise items placed on the placement portion; a second camera for capturing an image of a face of the user; a controller for performing a process related to cost calculation by recognizing the merchandise items in question based on a merchandise item image acquired by image capture by the first camera and to perform a process related to face authentication based on a face image acquired by image capture by the second camera; and a display for displaying a cost calculation result and a payment result acquired by the controller, wherein the display is disposed in a vicinity of the placement portion, and the second camera captures an image of the face of the user looking at the display.
POINT-OF-SALE TERMINAL FOR TRANSACTION HANDOFF AND COMPLETION EMPLOYING EPHEMERAL TOKEN
A method for handoff includes: scanning an ephemeral token displayed on a guest device, where a guest has previously registered a payment instrument with a server, and associated the payment instrument with a plurality of ephemeral tokens, and the server has stored a payment token that associates the plurality of ephemeral tokens with the payment instrument in a database record along with a notification identifier, and where the guest device has received the ephemeral token; transmitting the ephemeral token to the server; simultaneously displaying details for a transaction, where the server has accessed the notification identifier to transmit a push notification to the guest device, and where the guest device is executing a proprietary application that allows for simultaneously displaying details for the transaction; and receiving notification from the server that the transaction is complete, where transaction completion data was entered via the guest device and transmitted to the server.
SERVER FOR TRANSACTION HANDOFF AND COMPLETION EMPLOYING EPHEMERAL TOKEN
A server includes: a database that registers a payment instrument, associates the instrument with ephemeral tokens, and stores a payment token that associates the ephemeral tokens with the instrument in a record along with an identifier for a device; a communication circuit, that receives transaction details from a POS terminal, transmits one of the ephemeral tokens to the device, and receives the one of the ephemeral tokens from the POS terminal; and a code segment, that employs the payment token to access the identifier in the record, directs the communication circuit to send a push notification, and, upon execution of the proprietary application on the device, directs the communication circuit to transmit transaction details to the POS terminal and the device, receives transaction data from the device, completes the transaction, and directs the communication circuit to notify the POS terminal that the transaction is complete.
Electronic run ticket
Technology for measuring, collecting and transferring fluid transaction data is provided. In an example method, fluid flow data is identified from a fluid flow meter for a fluid transfer event. Scannable data comprising data indicative of the fluid transfer event and the fluid flow data is generated. The scannable data may include a scannable code. The scannable data may be provided for display and scanned using a portable scanning device. The scannable data, including the scannable code, may be transferred as fluid transaction data to a remote device using a wireless communication protocol for storage and/or analysis by the remote device.
System and method for operating a mobile wallet including receipt tracking
A computer-implemented method performed by a mobile device of a user having a mobile wallet includes: receiving a log-in credential to access a mobile wallet client application; receiving an indication of a default account for mobile wallet transactions through the mobile wallet client application; receiving a credential as part of authenticating a mobile wallet transaction using the default account; generating an optical code for scanning as part of the mobile wallet transaction via the mobile wallet client application, wherein the optical code includes information relating to a geographic location of the mobile device specific to the mobile wallet transaction; and providing a display with a map having an indicator showing the geographic location of the mobile wallet transaction.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ACCEPTING PAYMENTS ON MOBILE APPLICATION
A system and a method for accepting a payment on an application is provided. The method is implemented by a processor. The processor receives login information from a client to activate a banking application; selects quick accept entry points associated with the client's business banking demand deposit account (DDA) based on determining that the client is eligible for the quick accept entry points in response to the login information; sets up a payment receiving option for receiving a payment via the banking application; causes the banking application to receive transaction amount data corresponding to a transaction between the client and a customer; causes the banking application to process the transaction amount data; and automatically updates the DDA to reflect receipt of the transaction amount data.
ITEMIZED DIGITAL RECEIPTS
This disclosure describes, in part, systems and techniques for providing digital receipts that may include itemized, interactive, and/or modifiable information about a transaction, such as a purchase transaction between a customer and a merchant. In various examples, a resource locator may be associated with transaction data and/or payment data. Furthermore, the resource locator may be associated with a storage location at which the transaction data and/or the payment data may be stored. In various implementations, the resource locator may enable access retrieval of data stored in the storage location to facilitate provision of an itemized digital receipt. Additionally, or alternatively, the resource locator may enable access retrieval of data stored in the storage location to facilitate provision of a response to an item-level information request.
Systems and methods for dynamically generating customized records
A dynamic receipt generating (DRG) computing device for dynamically generating customized transaction records is provided. The DRG computing device includes at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device. The DRG computing device is configured to receive user preference data including dynamic receipt preference data, and a payment account identifier associated with a user. The DRG computing device is also configured to store the user preference data in memory and to receive real-time transaction data associated with a purchase made by the user using a payment account associated with the payment account, the real-time transaction data being in a first format. The DRG computing device is further configured to retrieve the user preference data from the memory based on the payment account identifier. The DRG computing device is configured to generate a dynamic receipt based on the real-time transaction data and the retrieved user preference data associated with the payment account identifier, the dynamic receipt having a second format different from the first format, and to transmit the generated dynamic receipt to the user.
Inventory ingestion and pricing system
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing inventory ingestion and pricing system. An embodiment operates by identifying an e-mail receipt identifying a purchased object. The e-mail receipt is parsed for the identification of the purchased object. From an electronic marketplace, a set of items similar to the purchased object is identified. A price for a subset of the identified set of similar items that have sold on the electronic marketplace is determined. A sale price for the purchased object is generated based on the determined prices for the subset of similar items. The generated price is provided responsive to the identification of the purchased object.
Methods and systems for generating graphical user interfaces for electronic communication between users, provider, and payers
A system and method for generating a graphical user interface for establishing multiparty electronic communication include generating, for interaction with a user, a dashboard for electronic resolution of a claim for a payer portion of a cost of an item. The method also includes calculating, in response to a selection in the dashboard, an estimated user portion of the cost of the item. Further, the method includes establishing a network interface for network communication between a provider of the item and the payer. Additionally, the method includes coordinating, via the network interface, the resolution of the payer portion of the cost of the item. The method also includes updating, in real-time, the dashboard with a status of the resolution of the payer portion of the cost.
