METHOD, COMPUTER DEVICE, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM TO AVOID MISDEPOSIT OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY
A method, a computer device, and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium for preventing an erroneous deposit of cryptocurrency are provided. A method of preventing an erroneous deposit of cryptocurrency includes providing an interface for inputting transaction request information including a target coin and a wallet address; verifying at least one of the target coin and the wallet address using a trading environment of a target exchange corresponding to the transaction request information; and processing a transaction according to the transaction request information based on a verification result.
Wallet to wallet P2P lending
Disclosed in some examples are methods, systems, and machine readable mediums for providing P2P lending through mobile wallets. The P2P lending may utilize a central registry or be a fully distributed P2P system. In some examples, the use of a network accessible P2P loan service may simplify the discovery and communication with other mobile wallets throughout the process of obtaining a loan.
Method and System for Facilitating Virtual Gifting
The present invention relates to a method, system, and computer program product for facilitating sharing of desired items stored in a digital wallet for gifting purposes. The invention includes selection of items by users to be saved in their digital wallets and sharing of the wallet and items saved therein with other users such as friends, relatives and others. The other users can view the content of the shared wallets and can purchase one or more items for gifting. The invention also includes registration of the sellers for listing items for sale at a discounted price, along with a percentage sharing with the server used in the digital wallet.
TOKEN AND CRYPTOGRAM USING TRANSACTION SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Systems and methods for token processing are disclosed. An access device can provide access device data to a mobile communication device. The communication device generates a token request including the access device data and communication device data and sends the token request to a server computer. The server computer returns a token and a token cryptogram to the mobile communication device. The token and the cryptogram may be used in a transaction.
Fuel Dispenser Utilizing Wi-Fi Direct User Interface
A fuel dispenser comprises fuel flow piping defining a flow path from a source of fuel toward a fueling nozzle. A plurality of fuel handling components are disposed along the fuel flow piping. Control electronics are in operative communication with the fluid handling components. The fuel dispenser includes network circuitry operative to create a wireless peer to peer network with an adjacent vehicle. After creation of such network, the control electronics receive transaction information from the vehicle in electronic form via the network circuitry, and cause at least one function of the fuel dispenser to be controlled for a transaction based on the transaction information.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEM WITH OPTION TO ACCEPT OR REJECT A PROFFERED PAYMENT
A system and method for selective processing of electronic payments such as rent, utility bill payments or debtor settlement payments is disclosed. Payer tenders an electronic payment through a web-based user interface and a notice is transmitted to Payee that funds are available for transfer if Payee chooses to accept the payment. Payee has the opportunity to manually review the details of the incoming payment and can choose to accept the payment, in which case, funds are transferred to Payee, or reject it, in which case the transfer of the funds is cancelled and no payment is made to the Payee. The Payee may also define a set of rules or conditions (including lower acceptance amount or partial conditions in case of negotiations), which would govern the automatic acceptance processing of the transaction.
OPTIMISATION OF NETWORK PARAMETERS FOR ENABLING NETWORK CODING
Methods and devices for propagating transactions in a network of nodes, each node having one or more connections to other nodes. The method includes receiving a plurality of incoming transactions over a time period; combining the plurality of incoming transactions using network coding to generate a composite message; sending the composite message to one or more nodes in the network; and determining an adjusted time period based on an equilibrium constant parameter and a count of transactions in the plurality of incoming transactions received over the time period.
WIRELESS PEER TO PEER MOBILE WALLET CONNECTIONS
Disclosed in some examples are devices, systems, and machine readable mediums for establishing peer to peer mobile wallet communications (P2PMW) over short range wireless communication networks. These P2PMW communications allow exchange of information between two wallet clients. Example communications include payments, providing identification, providing loans, and the like. The use of P2PMW communications opens up the prospect of anyone accepting payment from anybody else at any time. All that is needed is a computing device with a mobile wallet. Example short range wireless communications include Wireless LANs (WLAN) such as WIFI (e.g., communicating according to an Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 family of standards), BLUETOOTH® or the like.
NETWORK FOR IMPROVED VERIFICATION SPEED WITH TAMPER RESISTANT DATA
A method is disclosed. The method includes: a) receiving node identifiers from nodes of a plurality of nodes in a computer network; b) determining a plurality of node committees in a sampler graph comprising a plurality of nodes, wherein the node is present in a node committee in the plurality of node committees; c) and i) generating a random string; ii) performing a proof of work process using the random string and a hash function; iii) if the proof of work process yields a solution that is acceptable, then broadcasting the solution to all other nodes in the plurality of nodes, wherein the other nodes verify the solution; and iv) if the other nodes verify the solution, the node is elected to a subcommittee for the node committee, wherein the subcommittee updates the sampler graph; and d) repeating steps b) and c) until a leader committee is determined.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR THE SECURE TRANSFER OF ENTITIES ON A BLOCKCHAIN
The invention provides a secure method for exchanging entities via a blockchain. The invention incorporates tokenisation techniques, and also techniques for embedding metadata in a redeem script of a blockchain transaction. Embodiment(s) provide a method of: generating a first script, the first script comprising: a first set of metadata associated with a first invitation for the exchange of a first entity by a first user, the first set of metadata comprising an indication of the first entity to be offered for exchange and a first location condition for the exchange, a first user public key (P1A) associated with the first user, wherein the first user public key (P1A) is part of an asymmetric cryptographic pair comprising the first user public key (P1A) and a first user private key (V1A). The script may further comprise and a first third-party public key (P1T) associated with a first third-party, wherein the first third-party public key (P1T) is part of an asymmetric cryptographic pair comprising the first third-party public key (P1T) and a first third-party private key (V1T) The method further comprises the steps of hashing the first script to generate a first script hash and publishing the first script and the first script hash on a distributed hash table (DHT).
