Christmas tree stand
The Christmas tree stand is a structure that supports a Christmas tree. The Christmas tree stand has a body with the appearance of a sled. The Christmas tree stand comprises a plurality of rails, a platform, a tree support, and a plurality of threaded fasteners. The plurality of rails, the platform, the tree support, and the plurality of threaded fasteners are interconnected to form a supporting structure with the sled appearance. The plurality of rails forms a framework that provides vertical support for the Christmas tree stand. The platform is a horizontal surface used for supporting objects above the supporting surface on which the Christmas tree stand rests. The tree support is a structure, which receives and support the Christmas tree. The plurality of threaded fasteners is a threaded fastener, which secures the Christmas tree in the tree support.
INVERTIBLE CHRISTMAS TREE
An artificial Christmas tree includes a central trunk broken into at least two separate portions including a fixed trunk portion and at least one rotating trunk portion. The fixed trunk extends up from an underlying base. Rotating trunks rotatably attach at midpoints thereof at least indirectly to an upper end of the fixed trunk. Limbs are pivotably attached to the rotating trunks with optional lights coupled thereto. These limbs pivot between a perpendicular orientation extending from the rotating trunks and a collapsed configuration closer to a centerline of the rotating trunks. The rotating trunks can be pivoted from a first collapsed configuration with a first end above a second end to a deployed configuration with the second end above the first end. During pivoting, the limbs attached to the rotating trunk transition between a collapsed to a deployed configuration automatically. A wheeled base and cover further facilitate storage and deployment.
Tree skate
The present invention is a tray apparatus providing mobility of a Christmas tree in a tree stand. The invention comprises a pan for placing the tree stand and a releasably attached handle. The improved mobility provided by the smooth, low-friction pan and removable handle of the present invention assists in decoration of the tree by allowing rotation for placing lights and ornaments, or other decorating tasks, as well as to present a favored side toward a desired area of the room in which it is placed. The tree may also be decorated in any convenient location and then moved laterally into the desired final position. In addition to the relatively frictionless movement provided by the pan, it also provides a basin to contain any water that spills from the stand, to catch needles, to hold presents, and to protect the floor or carpet.
SELF-DEPLOYING TREE SYSTEM
Apparatuses and methods for a self-deploying tree are disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, a self-deploying tree system comprises a top tree assembly, a main tree assembly, and a base. The lower end of the top tree assembly may be coupled to the upper end of the main tree assembly, and the lower end of the main tree assembly may be coupled to the base, providing a vertical orientation of the self-deploying tree system. The self-deploying tree system further comprises a deployment mechanism which may be activated to automatically convert the tree from a collapsed configuration to a deployed configuration or from a deployed configuration to a collapsed configuration. The collapsed configuration comprises a reduced height and a reduced circumference to allow for ease of handling and storage. The deployed configuration provides for the tree to be extended to a desired height and for deployment of the limbs as desired for display.
ADJUSTABLE BASE FOR AN ORNAMENTAL TREE
A base unit for an ornamental tree is provided that includes a ground support portion adapted to rest upon an underlying surface. The base unit of further includes an adjustable riser attached to and extending upwardly from the ground support to terminate in a distal end portion, the distal end portion of the riser being configured to support a trunk of the ornamental tree. The adjustable riser comprises an adjustment component to adjust the height of the ornamental tree between the ground support portion and the distal end portion of the riser between a first and a second height.
TRUNK SIZE ADAPTER AND TREE STAND SYSTEM
A decorative tree stand device is has a tree trunk mount that further includes a securing neck secured to an upper portion of the tree trunk mount and a plurality of tightening adjusters spaced around a circumference of an outside surface of the securing neck and configured to move inward and outward as actuated. One or more sizing adapters are structurally configured to engage into an opening in the securing neck, the one or more sizing adapters having an internal tree trunk opening oriented to receive a tree trunk of a comparatively sized diameter and to allow the tightening adjusters to actuate inward to secure the tree trunk and a support base coupled to the tree trunk mount to maintain the tree trunk mount in a vertical position.
