The computing system includes a processor in communication with a memory, and the processor programmed to: (i) receive an authorization request message for a transaction initiated by a user, wherein the authorization request message includes transaction data, (ii) retrieve user data associated with the user, (iii) determine, based upon the transaction data and the user data, a risk associated with the transaction, (iv) generate, based upon the risk associated with the transaction, one or more prompts for the user, (v) transmit, via the interactive chatbot, the one or more prompts to the user, (vi) receive user input in response to the one or more prompts, and (vii) embed an authentication indicator into the authorization request message, wherein the authentication indicator indicates whether the user is authenticated based upon the user input.

A service provider server can access user interaction data associated with an interaction between a first communication device and the service provider server, and generates feature representations of the user interaction data, in which the feature representations respectively correspond to extracted features that include textual data features or audio data features. The service provider server can determine an intent of the interaction from the feature representations using a machine learning-trained classifier, in which the intent corresponds to a first actionable insight category. The interaction is mapped to a first cluster based on the intent, and the service provider server issues a remedial action for the interaction based on the mapping of the interaction to the first cluster, in which the remedial action is associated with a particular type of activity in the first actionable insight category.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REAL TIME DATA RICH CROSS BORDER PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

A cross border payment (CBP) computing device for transmitting cross border data rich payments in real-time is provided. The CBP computing device receives, from an originating bank associated with a payor, a payment request message to transfer funds in real-time. The payment request message includes payment instructions and transaction information associated with a transfer amount. The CBP computing device determines that the payment request message is a cross border payment transfer from a first payment network for processing real-time payments within a first country to a second payment network for processing real-time payments within a second country, and retrieves, from a database, a set of rules based on a payment messaging standard and protocol associated with the second payment network. The CBP computing device reformats the payment request messaged based on the retrieved set of rules, and transmits the reformatted payment message to a receiving bank associated with a payee.
