A method and system for decentralized transaction management in project resourcing is provided that ensures transparent and decentralized tracking of data across all stakeholders. It also provides ease of compliance for organizations on one hand, and ease of monitoring for the administrators on the other. Multiple beneficiaries and benefactors are registered with a primary administrator. Each beneficiary has a list of projects listed. A benefactor identifies a project which he wants to resource. The benefactor virtually transfers a unit of resource to a secondary administrator, for the identified project and receives credit points in exchange of the units of resource. The benefactor approves transfers of credit points to the identified project of a beneficiary. The beneficiary redeems the required credit points with the resource units. The secondary administrator will also validate the resources received by the beneficiary in exchange for the credit points.

The resource collection requests may be modified based on predicted metrics associated with the outlier characteristics. The modified resource collection requests may be provided to the sources associated with the outlier characteristics. Resources provided from the sources may be distributed to the campaign owners.

The processor is programmed to: (i) form a first group, (ii) receive first telematics data, (iii) parse subsets of the first telematics data, (iv) receive second telematics data, (v) parse subsets of the second telematics data, (vi) retrieve at least one eligibility condition that defines eligibility for the first group to qualify for a user offering, (vii) aggregate one subset of the first telematics data and one subset of the second telematics data associated into first group telematics data, (viii) determine whether the first group telematics data satisfies the at least one eligibility condition, and (ix) compare the first group telematics data to a plurality of other group telematics data to determine whether the first group has won the user offering.

TRANSACTION CHANGE BACK PROCESSING
When change back is due to a customer at a transaction terminal after a cash payment made by the customer during checkout, a code is generated and rendered on a display of the terminal. The customer captures the code with a camera of a customer-operated device causing a mobile application to launch on the device requesting that the customer designate how the customer wants the change back to be provided. The customer can select a loyalty wallet, a digital wallet, and/or a donation wallet for transferring some or all of the change back. The designated amount of the change back is transferred to the customer-selected wallet(s) and any remaining cash bills still due to the customer as remaining change back is provided to the customer and the transaction concludes at the terminal.
