A tree stand for removably supporting a tree includes a base having a water basin. A plurality of spaced apart jaws are biased upwardly and inwardly of an axis of the base to form an expandable clamp. An end of a trunk of the tree forcibly expands the jaws against their bias as the trunk is inserted into the water basin. The jaws of the clamp engage an outer surface of the trunk as they are biased towards their closed position to hold the tree vertically upright and stable.

Automated Christmas tree watering system

An automated fluid maintenance system comprising a sensor system and a pump configured to deliver fluid from a refillable reservoir to a container holding a Christmas tree, such as a Christmas tree stand. Embodiments of the system include tree attachment hardware capable of controlling the flow, delivery and direction of the fluid being pumped from the of the fluid system's reservoir to a fluid-holding container of the Christmas tree stand and further capable of securing the point of fluid delivery to the tree stand and/or the tree itself. The tree attachment device universally attaches to any available tree stand, even the most complex stand mechanisms, sizes and shapes that obstruct the path to the Christmas tree being maintained by the automated fluid delivery system of the present application.

Christmas tree stand and assembled support assembly

The disclosure relates to a Christmas tree stand and an assembled support assembly, where the Christmas tree stand comprises a tree stand support assembly and a connector, the tree stand support assembly is formed by assembling a number of tree stand members with each other, and enables the tree stand members to be self-shaped after assembly without using other tools by means of an inside assembly structure, thereby facilitating assembly of the Christmas tree stand, and the split type tree stand members are also advantageous in packaging and transportation after disassembly.

Assembled stand for Christmas tree and support member therefor

The present disclosure provides an assembled stand for a Christmas tree and a support member thereof. The assembled stand includes a support portion and a carrier portion. The support portion includes at least three support members, wherein the support members are successively arranged along a circumferential direction, and when the support members are engaged with each other and are formed as the support portion, two adjacent support members are positioned relative to each other and are fixed by a first fixing member. According to the present disclosure, the volume during transportation may be reduced, and the assembly process is simplified.

System and method for a locking tree stand

A locking tree stand comprising a basin with a plurality of bolt mounts configured to accommodate locking bolts to slide into position. When a tab on the bolt mount is closed a threaded portion of the locking bolt comes in contact with a grip on the tab, preventing the bolt from sliding freely within the bolt mount. The bolt may slide on the thread base where a spring extends from, causing an arm from the spring to push the tab away from the locking bolt, when a locking tab is in an unlocked position. A foot pad may also be attached to the locking screw to provide a greater contact surface between the locking bolt and the trunk of a tree. The footpad may also include a plurality of nubs to provide greater grip between the footpad and the tree trunk.

A tree stand comprising a supporting base, a positioning sphere, and a compression collar. The supporting base is comprised of an annular cavity surrounding upwardly facing hemispherical socket. The annular cavity comprises an outer side wall including an upper threaded portion. The positioning sphere includes an outer spherical surface and a cavity for receiving a trunk of the tree. The compression collar comprised an outer threaded wall engageable with the upper threaded portion of the supporting base, and a first flange contactable with an upper portion of the outer spherical surface of the positioning sphere. When the positioning sphere is disposed in the hemispherical socket, and the compression collar is maximally threadably engaged with the supporting base, the flange of the compression collar is contacted with the outer spherical surface of the positioning sphere and immobilizes the sphere in the socket, thereby securing the tree in a desired upright position.

Harvested tree reservoir
10238227 · 2019-03-26 ·

A harvested tree reservoir made from a durable and impermeable material that mounts on the trunk of a harvested tree by inserting the cut end of the harvested tree trunk therein and engaging one or more sealing devices around the circumference of the tree trunk to create a water-tight or spill-resistant seal. The reservoir may then be filled with liquid through one or more ports located on the sides or bottom of the reservoir, with one or more ports having a connector hose. When the reservoir is filled, the tree may be transported, stored, and displayed with minimal spillage of the contents of the reservoir. Additionally, the reservoir may be re-filled, from time to time, through the ports. The reservoir may also be connected, via the connector hose, to one or more other reservoirs to allow for contemporaneous filling or refilling of a plurality of reservoirs in a series.
