SECONDARY BATTERY MANAGEMENT DEVICE
A secondary battery management system associates a secondary battery with one or more securities, associates a security with an investor, associates a secondary battery with a user, and collects a use fee of a secondary battery from a user being a lessee of the secondary battery. The secondary battery management system transfers dividends based on the use fee of a secondary battery to investors that have bought securities of the secondary battery. When the lessee of a secondary battery has changed from a first user to a second user, the secondary battery management system collects the use fee of the secondary battery from the second user.
WATERCRAFT RENTAL SYSTEM, A WATERCRAFT RENTAL METHOD, AND A COMPUTER FOR A WATERCRAFT
A watercraft rental system is used to rent an owner's watercraft to a user. The watercraft rental system includes at least one computer and a user terminal. The at least one computer communicates with the watercraft and records rental condition information of the watercraft. The user terminal provides borrowing request information to the at least one computer. The borrowing request information corresponds to a response to the rental condition information. The at least one computer executes a rental process of the watercraft based on the borrowing request information.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PROVIDING AVAILABLE ITEMS FOR RENT VIA AUCTIONS AND REAL-TIME BIDDING FOR USERS OF PLATFORMS OPERATING ON A REWARDS-BASED, UNIVERSAL, INTEGRATED CODE BASE
Disclosed is a plurality of computer servers operating a rewards-based, universal, integrated code base in which each respective platform operating on the code base agrees to an information exchange, payment and rewards framework. The rewards-based, universal, integrated code base is a single code base including an aggregation of each respective platform and which enables at least one or more of rewards, payments and data sharing between each respective platform in the rewards-based, universal, integrated code base such that users do not open or close different platforms. The rewards-based, universal, integrated code base includes an auction management module that enables users to participate in real-time auctions in novel ways and enables platforms such as hotels or other rental platforms to move inventory via real-time auctions.
AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION
Systems and methods for providing indications to identify a selected autonomous vehicle, thereby distinguishing the selected autonomous vehicle from other autonomous vehicles in a fleet. In particular, autonomous vehicles that are not paired with a specific nearby user may employ various exterior indicators to dissuade the user from entering. Additionally, autonomous vehicles that are not paired with the specific nearby user may provide guidance toward the user's autonomous vehicle.
Apparatus, method and article for electric vehicle sharing
A network of collection and distribution machines may collect, charge and/or distribute portable electrical energy storage devices (e.g., batteries, supercapacitors or ultracapacitors). Electric vehicles available for sharing, renting or otherwise available for temporary use may be located at such collection and distribution machines or other designated areas. Users may request temporary use of such electric vehicles via a user interface of the collection and distribution machine, the user's mobile device or that of the electric vehicle itself. During temporary use, the user may exchange depleted portable electrical energy storage devices of the vehicle being used for charged portable electrical energy storage devices at the collection and distribution machines and may be offered the opportunity to terminate the temporary use session or continue the temporary use session in conjunction with the portable electrical energy storage device exchange.
Computer Implemented Method for Providing a Vehicle Service and Triggering a Process to Pay For the Vehicle Service, Software Program, and System
A vehicle service and a process to pay for the vehicle service are provided. A data connection is established between a service point and an electronic control unit of a vehicle. Initial vehicle service data is gathered that includes a timestamp of establishing the data connection, identification data of the vehicle, and, at the time of the timestamp, at least one value of a state of the vehicle indicating a quantity which is to be altered by the provision of the vehicle service. Service provider service data of the completed vehicle service is stored on the blockchain network. The validity of the provision of the vehicle service is checked by comparing the initial and final vehicle service data and the provider service data of the completed vehicle service. When the validity is confirmed, the process to pay for the vehicle service is triggered on the blockchain network.
ONLINE INTEGRATED RENTAL AND PURCHASE SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTS
An integrated system is designed to provide the user with a streamlined process for rentals and also the option to purchase Products after providing information on both options all in one online platform. The system allows users easy access to rental information and to easily find single or multiple Products suitable for their needs for a requested date or dates, allowing users to create rental reservations and providing users with rental options before the rentals start, as well as during the rental period. The system provides the user with the ability to make future rental reservations of a single or multiple Products and provides availability information on a single or multiple Products in order to rent at a selected date or dates a combination of Products that may or may not be dependable on each other (i.e. one Product is required to use some other Products), which may require the rental of these Products to be made during the same rental period. The system also provides an optional checklist for each rented Product, consisting of a list of components or actions to do, allowing users to ensure that no components are missing or damaged and that the Products are returned in the same manner as delivered so the Products are in a rentable manner for the next rental reservation. The system splits several aspects, such as Wish List, Cart and Reservations, distinctively between rentals and purchases, so users can track all activities by rentals or purchases. The system also offers membership point system that can be redeemed for rentals or purchases, as well as rental extensions.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
An information processing apparatus is provided that generates use plan information of batteries for performing each step included in tasks by electrical machines capable of sharing batteries. The apparatus stores a number of batteries to be used for each type of the machine, a battery duration for each type of the machine, and a time required for charging the battery, receives a working schedule including a procedure of the steps, a time required for each of the steps, and types and numbers of machines used in each of the steps, and generates, based on the input information, use plan information of batteries including the number of the batteries required for the series of tasks and charging timings of the batteries.
OPERATION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS
A storing unit stores therein contract information indicating, with respect to each of a plurality of devices rented to a user and included in a system, an expiration time point at which a rental contract of each of the plurality of devices expires and communication channel information indicating inter-device communication channels between the plurality of devices. A processing unit determines, based on the contract information and the communication channel information, a second device to experience effect of expiration of the rental contract of a first device at a first time point amongst the plurality of devices, and outputs information indicating the effect on the second device.
