Method and system for using abandonment indicator data to facilitate progress and prevent abandonment of an interactive software system
Abandonment indicator data is used to customize the user experience of an interactive software system, by monitoring and obtaining data about whether a user is at risk of abandoning the interactive software system. The resulting abandonment indicator data is analyzed and used to dynamically modify the user's experience by selecting user experience components based on the analysis of the user's abandonment indicator data. In this way, different types of user experience components can be utilized to provide the user with an individualized user experience that is customized to the user. Different types of user experience components can be utilized to adjust the user experience to adapt to the individual user.

Disclosed are methods of reducing the release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the earth's atmosphere during coating operations providing a coating composition comprising a carrier comprising VOC compounds and one or more fluorocopolymers by copolymerization of (1) first monomer selected from the group consisting of hydrofluoroalkenes, (2) second monomer comprising vinyl ester(s), and (3) third monomer comprising vinyl ether(s), wherein at least a portion of said vinyl ether monomer is a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl ether, wherein the fluorocopolymer comprises at least about 70% by weight of said coating composition and the VOC portion of said carrier is not greater than about 30% by weight of said coating composition.

Electronic submission of tax profile authorizations via a network is provided. A tax profile authorization form corresponding to a tax agency is populated using stored information in a set of tax profile jurisdiction databases created by a client. An electronic signature of an authorized signer of the client is applied to the tax profile authorization form. The signed tax profile authorization form is submitted to the tax agency via the network enabling a third-party entity to respond to employment tax matters on behalf of the client before the tax agency. An indication is displayed on a tax profile authorization dashboard that the signed tax profile authorization form has been submitted to the tax agency. Third-party administrator authorization with client information and tax jurisdiction is displayed on the tax profile authorization dashboard, along with timestamp of the electronic signature of the authorized signer for verification and fraud prevention.
System and method for capturing sales tax deduction information from monetary card transactions
Systems and methods are provided for managing sales tax information. The information may be generated, for example, in connection with transactions involving financial accounts, such as a credit card account. The sales tax information may be received electronically from, for example, a merchant or a point of sale device. A determination may be made whether there is any missing sales tax information. If there is missing information a request may be generated and sent to a source having the information. The source may receive the request, retrieve the desired information, and transmit it to the requesting entity. The sales tax information may be stored and later retrieved for presentation to a user, such as the account holder. The account holder may use the information in completing a tax return.

Method and apparatus for providing personalized self-help experience in online application. A predictive model is trained to learn a relationship between one or more user features and one or more tags using historical user feature data. High-dimensional vectors representing each of a plurality of questions are generated and stored in the lookup table. The trained predictive model outputs tags probabilities from the incoming user data, using the learned relationship. A user high-dimensional vector is formed based on the tags probabilities. Similarity metrics are calculated between the high-dimensional vector for the respective question and the user high dimensional vector. One or more of the most relevant question titles are returned to a client device for presentation to a user.
Linear and gradual tax rate system for tax software products
The present invention provides a linear and gradual (LG) tax rate system with a tax processor for tax software products. Existing two tax systems of federal individual Tax Schedules and Tax Table/Tax Computation Worksheet are simplified and combined into one LG tax rate system. The tax processor and software product are designed for taxpayers (employees, employers or self-employments) to file tax returns, for employers to do payroll to employees and transfer withholding taxes to governments or for governments to inspect tax returns by comparing tax withholding reports and tax returns according to related standards instead of existing random selections. Differences of taxes, tax rates and taxable incomes are set at low, mid and high levels for tax return options, quick tax refunds, regular inspections and detail audits to reduce tax returns and potential tax crimes and save tax processing time and costs (billions) for businesses, individuals and governments.
