WALLET SERVER, WALLET SYSTEM, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
A wallet server includes a processor with hardware. The processor is configured to acquire user information of user terminals carried by users who use a store, and configured to perform payment processing, and to generate group information when payment processing is performed by using a first user terminal. The group information is user information of the first user terminal and a second user terminal. The processor is configured to generate, from information on the payment processing and the group information, consumption information associated with each of the user terminals in a group.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOGNIZING REVENUE AND MANAGING REVENUE LIFECYCLES
A system and method for calculating variable consideration for performance obligations. The method can involve, checking a database for historical transaction data, accessing the historical transaction data, and applying one or more predetermined variable consideration rules to the historical transaction data. The method can include automatically analyzing the historical transaction data generating an analysis report based on the data. The method can include uploading predetermined corrections to variable consideration transactions to a database or other storage medium and applying the corrections to historical performance obligation transaction data. The method can include determining whether variable consideration changes should be applied to individual transaction lines within the variable consideration transactions.
System for invoice processing for overseas vendors and carriers
A computer-implemented method for processing invoices from overseas vendors and overseas carriers. The methods and systems retrieve (e.g., using various APIs) and rely on current data from the most accurate or up-to-date sources of such data, and then store the data in a single location as a “single source of truth” for invoice data. As a result, errors and time for processing overseas invoices are reduced because accurate data is more readily and promptly available for reconciling discrepancies and paying the invoices.
DIGITAL CHECKS
A digital checking system retrieves a first non-fungible token of a digital check from a distributed ledger implemented by a blockchain. The first token includes (i) a set of parameters of the digital check and (ii) a first service data describing a first transaction performed on the digital check. The set of parameters of the digital check includes a check amount, a payor, a payee, a check date, a bank identifier, and a user signature of the digital check. The system receives a second service data describing a second transaction performed on the digital check that is subsequent to the first transaction. The system stores a second non-fungible token of the digital check into the distributed ledger. The second token includes (i) the set of parameters of the digital check and (ii) the second service data.
Stored-value card system
A stored-value card system includes a POS terminal, a communications device, and a stored-value card agent. The stored-value card agent is configured to receive, from the communications device, a message that identifies a payment amount; transmit, to a stored-value card network, a request message that includes the payment amount; receive a confirmation of the stored-value card network associating the payment amount with a stored-value card account that is maintained by the stored-value card network; and transmit a token to the communications device. The POS terminal is configured to transmit to the stored-value card network a completion message that includes the token and excludes the payment amount, and receive from the stored-value card network an authorization code that confirms authorization of a funds transfer in the payment amount.
System and method for providing global tag suggestions based on user information and transaction data
Systems and methods that may be used to provide guidance and or tag suggestions to a user of an electronic accounting system and or service that overcome the shortcomings associated with user-defined tags.
Systems and methods for payment at a point of sale
Systems and methods are provided for making purchases at a merchant point-of-sale (POS) device using a mobile device. Transaction information may be communicated from the POS device to the mobile device and an authorization from the purchaser to proceed with the transaction returned to the POS device from the mobile device. After authorization, the POS device may communicate the transaction information together with an identifier of the mobile device to a financial institution to process payment. The financial institution may confirm the transaction with the purchaser at the mobile device using the identifier of the mobile device. Upon receiving a confirmation response from the mobile device, the financial institution may then transfer funds from a purchaser account to a merchant account.
Systems and methods for tracking and transferring ownership of connected devices using blockchain ledgers
The disclosed embodiments include computerized systems and methods that generate secured blockchain-based ledger structures that facilitate event-based control of tracked assets. In one embodiment, an apparatus associated with a centralized authority of the secured blockchain-based ledger may detect an occurrence of an event, and may access and decrypt a set of rules hashed into the secured blockchain-based ledger using a confidentially-held master cryptographic key. The apparatus may identify a rule associated with the detected event, and perform one or more operations consistent with the rule and involving at least one of assets tracked within the secured blockchain-based ledger or an owner of a portion of the tracked assets. By way of example, the detected event may triggering a sale, transfer, and/or re-allocation of an ownership interest in a tracked asset, and the identified rule may specify a distribution of proceeds derived from the sale, transfer, and/or re-allocation.
System and method for providing a spend memory record
Systems and methods include a database maintained by a financial institution that stores transaction data associated with a previous financial transaction performed via a financial account of a respective account holder, wherein the transaction data comprises a transaction location and a transaction timestamp, a spend memory processor of the financial institution that retrieves the transaction data from the database, interacts with a social linking application programming interface (API) to receive, via a network, social data from a social networking site, wherein the social data comprises a social location and a social timestamp, compares the social data to the transaction data, and creates a spend memory record based on one or more similarities between the social data and the transaction data, and a communication interface of the financial institution that provides the spend memory record to a mobile device associated with the account holder.
