Systems and methods for payment at a point of sale
Systems and methods are provided for making purchases at a merchant point-of-sale (POS) device using a mobile device. Transaction information may be communicated from the POS device to the mobile device and an authorization from the purchaser to proceed with the transaction returned to the POS device from the mobile device. After authorization, the POS device may communicate the transaction information together with an identifier of the mobile device to a financial institution to process payment. The financial institution may confirm the transaction with the purchaser at the mobile device using the identifier of the mobile device. Upon receiving a confirmation response from the mobile device, the financial institution may then transfer funds from a purchaser account to a merchant account.
Stored-value card agent
A stored-value card agent includes a database and a card processor. The card processor is configured to receive from a wallet client a deposit request identifying a deposit amount, effect an electronic funds transfer of the deposit amount to a first account maintained by a computer server, and in the database configure a ledger with the deposit amount. The ledger is uniquely associated with the wallet client in the database. The card processor is configured to receive from the wallet client a withdrawal request identifying a withdrawal amount, confirm that the current balance value in the ledger is at least equal to the withdrawal amount, reduce the current balance value by the withdrawal amount, and initiate an electronic funds transfer of the withdrawal amount from the first account to a second account associated with the wallet client by transmitting to the computer server a transfer request identifying the withdrawal amount.
Apparatuses and methods for generating a unified digital check register
An apparatus, method, and computer program product for generating a unified digital check register are provided. An example method includes receiving, by input/output circuitry, check data and determining, by check evaluation circuitry, whether the received check data corresponds to a digital check or a physical check. In response to determining that the received check data corresponds to a digital check, the method includes generating digital check data based on the received check data. In response to determining that the received check data corresponds to a physical check the method includes generating physical check data based on the received check data. The method further includes inserting, by registry management circuitry, any generated digital check data with any generated physical check data into a unified check dataset, and curating, by the registry management circuitry, a unified digital check register using the unified check dataset.
Meter for graphically representing relative status in a parent-child relationship and method for use thereof
A graphically depicted meter to show the status of a parent-child relationship.
Document tracking on distributed ledger
An apparatus for use in electronic document control includes a storage device a processor coupled to the storage device. The storage device storing software instructions for controlling the processor that when executed by the processor configure the processor to: receive a signal representing data including an original document, append a unique identifier to the original document to generate a modified document, generate a hash value of the modified document, and transmit the hash value corresponding to the modified document to an electronic distributed ledger.
CHECKOUT SYSTEM AND METHOD PERFORMED THEREBY
A checkout system includes a POS terminal configured to issue receipt data for a transaction, an apparatus, and a printer including a printing unit, communication interfaces configured to communicate with the POS terminal and the apparatus, and a processor configured to, after the receipt data is received, when a request for transmission is received from the apparatus, generate electronic receipt data including strings indicating details of the transaction, and control the interface to transmit the electronic receipt data to the apparatus, and when the request is not received, control the printing unit to print a receipt. The apparatus is configured to, upon receipt of the electronic receipt data, determine one of predetermined categories for each string and store each string in association with the determined category thereof, and upon receipt of a request for a predetermined category, display a screen that indicates strings associated with the requested category.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE OPTIMIZATION OF ASSETS AND AN ASSET ALLOCATION REGISTER FOR PERSONAL USE, ENTERPRISE OR BUSINESS USE, AND SAVINGS AND RETIREMENT
A method and apparatus for the optimization of asset allocation and an asset allocation register using sub-value indicators and designations to optimize the utilization and availability of assets without the transfer of actual assets. The present invention may be used as shown in the following examples to allocate personal and business enterprise finances or to allocate and designate the utilization of valuables such as heirlooms, jewelry and other items. The allocation register of the present invention also provides to a user or business optimization of assets for savings, retirement, special events or purchases of desired tangible items. Importantly, the asset allocation register supports the user in a way that allows them to pay themselves first by embracing the way they may already think about the assets in their account.
SYSTEM FOR INVOICE PROCESSING FOR OVERSEAS VENDORS AND CARRIERS
A computer-implemented method for processing invoices from overseas vendors and overseas carriers. The methods and systems retrieve (e.g., using various APIs) and rely on current data from the most accurate or up-to-date sources of such data, and then store the data in a single location as a single source of truth for invoice data. As a result, errors and time for processing overseas invoices are reduced because accurate data is more readily and promptly available for reconciling discrepancies and paying the invoices.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method for managing account information comprises: extracting information of a second user associated a first account of a first user; generating a matching pattern associated with the second user according to the obtained information of the second user; obtaining first transaction operation information generated by one or more historical transaction operations associated with the first account; identifying, according to the matching pattern, second transaction operation information associated with the second user from the first transaction operation information; creating a second user information table and associating it with the first account of the first user, or retrieving the second user information table if it has been created; determining an information category of the second transaction operation information; and storing, according to the information category of the second transaction operation information, the second transaction operation information in a corresponding category of the second user information table.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GENERATING A PECUNIARY PROGRAM
An apparatus and method for generating a pecuniary program, the apparatus including a computing device, configured to receive a user input relating to a user; receive pecuniary data relating to a user; identify a plurality of trends in the pecuniary data; generate a first training data set including: at least a priority scoring criteria; and a plurality of a plurality of identified trends in pecuniary data relating to the user; classify at least an element of the user input to a priority score using a first machine learning model, wherein classifying the at an element of the user input includes training a first machine machine-learning model, as a function of the first training data set, and generate a pecuniary program for the user as a function of the priority score.
