TRACKING WRISTBAND
A method to track an individual wearing a battery-operated wearable and lockable tracking device. An identification number is provided on the tracking device or separately from the tracking device and remotely stored. Device location information about the tracking device is received from the location tracker. Based on the location information received, a determination is made whether the individual is potentially subject to a condition. In such case, the device location is tracked, and the individual is wirelessly alerted and tracked. Upon tracking, the individual is identified by scanning the QR code and revealing the personal information about the individual.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTER AND INTRA AGENCY COMMUNICATION, TRACKING AND COORDINATION
A method is disclosed. A data set including: (a) identifiers of a set of incidents occurring within a defined geographic region to which at least one service provider responded during a first time period and (b) address data identifying a location within the geographic region of each said incident of the set is retrieved over a network. An instruction to generate a heat map of the incidents occurring within the geographic region during the first time period is received from a user via a user interface generated to a display device. In response to the instruction to generate the heat map, the address data is converted to GPS data. A heat map of an aerial view of the geographic region based on the GPS data is generated. The heat map is displayed to the display device in a user interface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRAINING AND EVALUATION
Systems and related methods for a training protocol are described. The system and methods may include a graphical user interface where after selecting an evaluated trainee and an evaluated task, a score input region populates certain features associated with the evaluated trainee and the evaluated task, including a score region. Furthermore, the systems and methods may further include generating a training report which is configured to receive a plurality of training subjects. In some aspects, generating the training report further includes preventing certain portions of the training report from further edits after a pre-determined event occurs.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MODIFYING AND TRANSMITTING PATROL ROUTES
Methods for modifying a patrol route of a safety officer include monitoring persons within geographic areas, identifying a safety officer, tracking an elapsed time value for each of the persons indicating a respective quantity of time since a person has been within a threshold proximity to the safety officer, determining a total elapsed time value for each of the geographic areas based on the respective elapsed time values for each of the persons currently located in the geographic area, determining that a patrol route of the safety officer should be modified based on the total elapsed time value for each of the geographic areas, modifying the patrol route of the safety officer, and transmitting the modified patrol route to the safety officer. The modified patrol route indicates that the safety officer is to patrol a given geographic area of the geographic areas.
CARBON VALUATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention provides a carbon value assessment (“carbon valuation”) system, which includes an information processing device that evaluates an amount of greenhouse gas (“GHG”) reduction expected to occur by a technology project in a currency value, on the basis of: estimated reduction of greenhouse gas (“estimated GHG reduction amount”) which is an amount of GHG reduction presumed to be induced by the technology project that is a target to be assessed; a calculation period of the GHG reduction during which the GHG reduction occurs due to the technology project; a discount rate that quantifies possible risks occurring in the technology project; and an emission permit price.
TRUSTABILITY ANALYZING SYSTEM, TRUSTABILITY ANALYZING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A trustability analyzing system (100) includes: a friend list acquisition unit (111) configured to acquire, via a network, person attribute information of a holder of an account that is subject to determination; a friend information acquisition unit (112) configured to acquire, via the network, a list of friend accounts of the account that is subject to determination; an attribute information acquisition unit (113) configured to acquire, based on the list of friend accounts, information about the friend via the network; a person attribute estimation unit (121) configured to estimate, based on the information about the friends, person attributes of the holder of the account that is subject to determination; a distance calculation unit (122) configured to calculate a distance between the person attribute information acquired by the person attribute acquisition means and the person attributes estimated by the person attribute estimation means; and a trust level calculation unit (123) configured to calculate, based on the distance calculated by the distance calculation means, a trust level of the account that is subject to determination.
ILLEGAL BUILDING IDENTIFICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS, DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are an illegal building identification method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium, which relate to the field of cloud computing. The specific implementation scheme is: acquiring a target image and a reference image associated with the target image; extracting a target building feature of the target image and a reference building feature of the reference image, respectively; and determining, according to the target building feature and the reference building feature, an illegal building identification result of the target image.
SYSTEM FOR VERIFYING DRIVER BIOMETRIC INFORMATION AND VEHICLE INFORMATION TO SATISFY CITATION
A system for a user to submit complying documents in response to traffic and vehicle citations wherein the user's documents are submitted via a global computerized network. The system employs a server, web application, or smart phone application to store the submitted information into a database. The system has verification means to ensure that the images, documents, and biometrics are acceptable, matches the agency database, and the information on the documents a user submits matches the information the agency has on record for the corresponding user. The system then displays a message for the user to take the next steps. The system then verifies that a user has provided payment and is able to generate emails to the users prompting them to undertake different actions and saves copies of correspondence sent to and by the user.
COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ESTIMATING CHANGES IN FUGITIVE EMISSIONS
Computer systems, methods, and apparatuses for estimating changes in gas emissions are described. A computer system may monitor overall emission levels based on sensor outputs from a plurality of gas sensors in a facility. The computer system may estimate a total emission level over a time interval based on the accumulative, gas-response-factor weighted detections of the gas sensors. Emissions from maintenance activities may be excluded as appropriate. The total emission level may be compared with total emission level estimated from different time intervals and/or different facilities. The computer system may be further used for comparing emissions across multiple facilities, or emissions from facilities across multiple regions.
