A system for generating emergency egress advisement for a building having at least one first computing device that determines a floormap and generates initial emergency egress advisement for the building and at least one second computing device that improves generation of initial emergency egress advisement. The second computing device can receive the initial emergency egress advisement, iteratively train a model for the building by correlating the initial emergency egress advisement to corresponding information about intended egress outcomes for different emergency situations in the building across one or more model layers using one or more machine learning algorithms, predict, based on real-time information about the emergency and historic user presence information, presence and location information of users in the building, generate egress routes that can be used by the users, and update, based on a trained model and the generated egress routes, the initial emergency egress advisement for the building.

A computer-implemented method includes: connecting an infrastructure construction digital integrated twin ICDIT to an interface management system through one or more application program interfaces (APIs) of one or more databases storing information showing real-time activities of two or more execution agencies operating concurrently for an industrial plant facility, wherein the interface management system comprises rules governing interface points between the two or more execution agencies; scanning, using the APIs and according to the rules, the interface points of the two or more execution agencies, wherein the interface points are accessible through the interface management system; and migrating the interface points from the interface management system to a class library of the ICDIT such that when the ICDIT creates a rendering of the industrial plant facility, the interface points are mapped on the rendering according to up-to-date information based on the real-time activities of the two or more execution agencies.

A visualized mag image is used to provide the person with information containing the location of the personal mobile device, the controlled event location, the emergency refuge area, and an evacuation route, thereby assisting the person in rapidly and easily moving away from the controlled event location.

A central monitoring system can determine, based on user presence information, a floormap of the building having multiple routes and exits, receive emergency indication information indicating one or more locations within the building that may have an emergency, determine, based on the floormap and emergency indication information, egress plans that can be used by the users to exit the building, transmit, to signal generators of a first of signaling devices, first signaling instructions for the first of the signal generators to emit first signals that indicate to first users a first egress plan to exit the building, and transmit, to signal generators of a second of the signaling devices, second signaling instructions for the second of the signal generators to emit second signals that indicate to second users a second egress plan to exit the building.
