SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INDOOR ROUTE NAVIGATION
A method, a system, and a computer program product may be provided for generating indoor emergency route plan for an infrastructure. The method includes obtaining indoor map data of the infrastructure, where the indoor map data comprises one or more first exit routes to one or more exits in the infrastructure. The method further includes obtaining first location data associated with an indoor emergency event. The method further includes generating one or more second exit routes to the one or more exits, based on the first location data and the one or more first exit routes. The method further includes providing the one or more second exit routes to one or more subjects.
Intelligent signage
An intelligent sign, such as an exit or other informational sign, is equipped with control circuitry, at least one sensor, and in certain embodiments, a communication interface. The control circuitry can monitor sensor data from the associated sensors. The sensor data bears on various conditions or events associated with the area that is associated with the exit sign. Based on the sensor data, the intelligent sign can provide one or more operations. A sign operation may include any operation provided by the intelligent sign. When equipped with the communication interface, the intelligent sign may control its own internal operation and/or control the operation of other entities based on the sensor data, the type of sensor data, the content of the sensor data, and the like. The intelligent sign may also share sensor data or other information derived from the sensor data with other entities.
Route management
Locational tracking aids emergency management plans. Occupants of a building or campus are determined based on presence or detection of wireless devices. When an emergency occurs, the occupants may move to safety based on the current locations of their wireless devices.
HOME EMERGENCY GUIDANCE AND ADVISEMENT SYSTEM
An emergency guidance and advisement system is provided to automatically determine a floor map of a building and using the floor map for advising how to exit the building during an emergency, such as a fire. The system can automatically create an escape plan, based on pre-disaster and in-disaster motion detection of users within the home, and provide dynamic advisement to guide users out of the home during an emergency.
SECURITY SYSTEM FOR DETECTING HAZARDOUS EVENTS AND OCCUPANTS IN A BUILDING
A gunshot detection/security system for detecting dangerous events in a school or other building includes one or several pods placed throughout the building premises. Each pod includes a camera, a thermal camera, and an acoustic sensor for detecting video, images, heat signatures, and sound within a detection area for the respective pod. The sensor data is then analyzed to identify a dangerous event in the building, and provide alerts regarding the dangerous event via the pods or client computing devices of students/occupants in the building, administrators, parents, and emergency responders. A server computing device generates digital maps of the interior and exterior of the building having location information regarding the occupants of the building and a danger zone indicating the epicenter for the dangerous event.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE DRILLS
A school communication system includes: a district server configured to manage at least one communication system located within a district location managed by the district server; a district network configured to communicatively couple the at least one communication system and the district server; and the at least one communication system. The at least one communication system comprises: a network switch configured to integrate communication equipment associated with the district location; and campus controller. The campus controller is configured to: receive an emergency drill configuration from the district server; receive a signal to begin an emergency drill; perform one or more actions in the emergency drill via the network switch; and report that the drill was initiated.

GENERATING A CUSTOMIZED EGRESS BLUEPRINT
The exemplary embodiments disclose a system and method, a computer program product, and a computer system for generating a customized blueprint dynamically based on contextual data. The exemplary embodiments may include collecting contextual data within an environment and extracting one or more factors from the collected contextual data. The exemplary embodiments may additionally include generating an optimized path of egress by applying a model to the one or more factors and displaying the optimized path of egress on a device of a user.
