Systems and methods are described for license management. A system for license management includes a smart contract that records a licensing agreement between a first party and a second party on usage of a network function. The smart contract is persisted in a trade blockchain. The system also includes an e-licensing manager agent. The e-licensing manager agent retrieves the licensing agreement from the smart contract. The e-licensing manager agent monitors a usage of the network function by the second party in real-time based on the licensing agreement, record actions of the usage of the network function, and create a transaction record based on the recorded actions in an operation blockchain.

A computer system comprises a logic system, and, operatively coupled to the logic system, a computer-memory system holding instructions that, when executed by the logic system, cause the computer system to: receive a token-behavior selection corresponding to a real-world asset to be tracked on a virtual ledger; receive a virtual-ledger architecture selection identifying a provider-defined architecture of the virtual ledger; construct a template for registration of a token class on the virtual ledger according to the provider-defined architecture of the virtual ledger, wherein each new token instantiated from the token class exhibits a set of behaviors determined by the token-behavior selection; and provide access to the template to a client computer device.

For example, systems described herein can provide a license for the digital content during a rental time. Systems disclosed herein may additionally track a duration of use of an application and compare the tracked use against an amount of rental time purchased (e.g., rented) by a user. The systems described herein may further extend a license or terminate the license based on a determination of whether the amount of use exceeds a rental time. Features and functionality described herein provide a flexible and efficient mechanism that enables users having a variety of content-consuming preferences to receive affordable content while ensuring that use of an application is efficiently and accurately tracked.

A communal media system includes a content management system for storing multimedia content and a synchronization system configured to: retrieve the multimedia content for delivery to a plurality of user devices and receive social media content generated by the user devices; separate the multimedia content and the social media content into a set of prioritized layers; determine a timestamp offset for each of the user devices; and adjust simultaneous deliveries of the multimedia content and the social media content to the user devices, based on a priority associated each layer and the timestamp offset associated with each user device, The multimedia content is delivered to each user devices at the same time and the social media content is delivered to the user devices at the same time while the multimedia content is being viewed on the user devices.

A system and method for automating licensing, distribution, and sales for goods and/or services. A method includes receiving, at a management platform, a lead identifier, determining, at the management platform, whether one or more lead requirements has been satisfied by the lead identifier, sending, by the management platform, an electronic approval request for the lead identifier, and receiving, at the management platform, an answer responding to the electronic approval request. In response to receiving the answer, the method includes automatically forwarding, by the management platform, an electronic license and distribution request to an entity associated with the lead identifier.

An embodiment of the present invention is directed to providing market data contract analytics. The innovative system and method are directed to market data contract analytic tools that provide the ability to visualize rights an entity has licensed from various providers or sources. The market data contract analytics tools may further provide searching capabilities (e.g., full text searching, etc.), visualization of agreements the entity has signed or entered into (e.g., linkage, terms, etc.), and performing analytics on various aspects of the agreements including associated text and metadata. A client apparatus determines whether a license system of an application is a node-locked system or a floating system when the application is activated. According some aspects, a user may purchase licenses from a vendor and receive a first code that was generated by a license management device and indicates a first quantity of licenses. The user may manually enter the first code into a license distribution device, which may be a handheld device with no connections to the license management device or a licensee device, in order to replenish licenses on the license distribution device. A user may attempt to perform a task that requires one or more licenses on a licensee device. The user may obtain a second code from the licensee device and manually enter the code into the license distribution device. The user may obtain a third code from the license distribution device and manually enter the third code into the licensee device to perform the task for which licenses were sought.

The present disclosure provides a system and a method for management of digital media content (DMC). The method includes providing, by a consumer, a token associated with a DMC. The method further includes authenticating the provided token to generate a DMC registration code for the DMC. The method further includes activating a license for the DMC corresponding to the generated DMC registration code. The method further includes triggering an action for a creator of the DMC in response to activation of the license therefor. The method further includes generating an access key for the DMC upon triggering of the action. The method further includes registering the generated access key for the DMC to the consumer.
