Systems and methods are described for obfuscating variants of content segments. Variants of content segments can be used to encode an identifying sequence in a transmission of content. The variants of the content segments can each include one or more marked frames and one or more unmarked frames. Variations can be introduced into the unmarked frames for each of the variants of the content segments.

IMAGE PICKUP APPARATUS AND ENDOSCOPE
20200015667 · 2020-01-16 · ·

An image pickup apparatus includes: a plurality of image pickup devices configured to pick up images of a same object and sequentially read the images for each line; an objective optical system configured to form the images at different image-forming positions on the image pickup devices; a memory configured to record predetermined time differences for reading the leading positions of the effective pixels of the images at the same timing; and an I2C control circuit configured to control the image reading timing of the image pickup devices by generating a plurality of synchronizing signals based on a master synchronizing signal and supplying the synchronizing signals to the image pickup devices after shifting the synchronizing signals by the respective predetermined time differences.

DISPLAY APPARATUS AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is a display apparatus in which each pixel corresponds to at least one light-emitting element. The display apparatus includes a display including a plurality of pixels, a driver configured to drive a plurality of light-emitting elements constituting the plurality of pixels, and a processor configured to control the driver to drive the plurality of light-emitting elements based on a first pulse width modulation signal having a duty corresponding to a grayscale of an input image, and to control the driver to drive light-emitting elements constituting a specific pixel, among the plurality of pixels, using a second PWM signal having a duty corresponding to the grayscale of the input image, wherein a frequency of the first PWM signal is different from a frequency of the second PWM signal.

EMBEDDING BLOCKCHAIN INFORMATION IN DIGITAL IMAGES

A system and method for producing vision data that is embedded with a blockchain hash stored on a blockchain, the method including: detecting a vehicle event at a vehicle using vehicle electronics included in the vehicle; sending a vehicle event report message to a blockchain domain server in response to the detected vehicle event, the vehicle event report message including information pertaining to the detected vehicle event, and wherein the blockchain domain server is configured to record the detected vehicle event as a part of a blockchain based on the vehicle event report message; receiving a blockchain hash at the vehicle from the blockchain domain server; and embedding the blockchain hash within vision data at the vehicle using the vehicle electronics, wherein the vision data is captured by a vision sensor that is mounted on the vehicle and included as a part of the vehicle electronics.

Use of Steganographically-Encoded Time Information as Basis to Control Implementation of Dynamic Content Modification

A method and system for controlling implementation of dynamic content modification. The disclosure provides for using at least one steganographically-encoded timestamp in a media stream transmitted to a media client as a basis to determine a transmission delay for media-stream transmission to the media client, and for providing the determined transmission delay as a basis to facilitate control over whether to have the media client implement dynamic content modification. In addition, the disclosure provides for receiving respectively from each of various media clients a report indicating transmission delay determined for the media client based on such steganographically-encoded timestamp data, and using the transmission delays for the media clients to establish a dynamic-content-modification footprint that could be used to control whether, where, and to what extent dynamic content modification will be applied.

WATERMARK EMBEDDING METHOD AND DISPLAY DEVICE
20240095868 · 2024-03-21 ·

A watermark embedding method includes the following steps. The input video signal is received by a processing circuit. Grayscale information of a watermark signal is generated by the processing circuit according to a time series data and a predetermined plane. During a dark sate and a bright state in each of a plurality of consecutive periods, phases of the time series data are opposite and integral values of the grayscales of the predetermined plane are the same. The processing circuit embeds the watermark signal into the input video signal to generate an output video signal with the watermark information. The display panel displays an image according to the output video signal.

CLOAKING AND WATERMARK OF NON-CODED INFORMATION
20240080469 · 2024-03-07 ·

A computer system for the creation of subliminal image or watermarks where the apparent video is an obvious image and a subliminal or clandestine image or watermark is hidden within the data structure. The concept is envisioned for the cloaking of images, sound, video or like digitized non-coded information. The cloaked files may be intended for storage, transmission, or clandestine placement in a public file system. The watermark may be used for the subliminal marking of a source of a file, its creation, or for tagging copyrighted information.

Image watermarking

A method for the display of an image in a display area, the method comprising: loading a first image file defining a first image comprising a main image and a watermark image overlaying the main image using a first transformation; loading a second image file defining a second image comprising the main image and the watermark image overlaying the main image using a second transformation; and alternating between displaying the first image and the second image in a location within the display area so that the watermark image is imperceptible to a user viewing the display area.

IMAGE CODING DEVICE, IMAGE CODING METHOD, AND IMAGE FALSIFICATION IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
20190379899 · 2019-12-12 ·

An image coding device adapted to code time-continuous pictures is provided. An embedding position information conversion unit acquires embedding position information indicating a position in a picture, by using a one-way function based on time-continuous information. An image coding unit selects a coding block in the picture based on the embedding position information, embeds electronic watermark information in a coding parameter used to code the coding block, and codes the coding block by using the coding parameter in which the electronic watermark information is embedded.

METADATA WATERMARKING FOR 'NESTED SPECTATING'
20240127390 · 2024-04-18 ·

A watermark representing a link to an original video and/or metadata such as haptic metadata associated with the original video is embedded in the original video in such a way that a re-recording to the original video can still preserve the watermark. The watermark can be used to link to the original video or to the metadata related thereto.
