DEVICE FOR ANALYSING A SET OF FOOD PARTICLES AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for analysing a set of food particles, comprising the steps of acquiring a digital colour image of a plurality of particles arranged on a substrate, detecting portions of the image corresponding to each particle, determining the colour of each portion of the determined image, and measuring a distance between the determined colour of one portion of the image and a predetermined colour of a predetermined particle type.
A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLASSIFYING IMAGES OF RETINA OF EYES OF SUBJECTS
The invention relates to a computing system and a computer-implemented method for classifying images of retina of eyes of subjects. A captured image of a retina is processed to obtain a plurality of different segmented images each having different selected portions of the captured image using different selection rules. The multiple segmented images are provided to respective dedicated machine learning models to output an image classification based on the respective segmented images provided as input. An ensemble classification is determined based on the multiple classifications obtained by means of the multiple trained machine learning models.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DEPTH ESTIMATION USING COLOR IMAGES
The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for performing depth estimation on image data. In one example, a device performs depth estimation on first and second images captured using one or more cameras having a color filter array. Each, image of the first and second images comprises multiple color channels. Each color channel of the multiple color channels corresponds to a respective color channel of the color filter array.sub.. The, device performs the depth estimation by estimating disparity from the color channels of the first and second images.
IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
An image processing method is provided. For each frame of a video stream, a pixel digital frame mask in the respective frame of the video stream is obtained. The pixel digital frame mask of the respective frame includes a plurality of preset pixel position sets. At least two target preset pixel position sets are determined from the plurality of preset pixel position sets that form a frame sequence number of the respective frame based on values of pixels included in the at least two target preset pixel position sets. A frame sequence number corresponding to the respective frame of the video stream is determined according to positions of the at least two target preset pixel position sets in the pixel digital frame mask in the respective frame. Further, video fluency of the video stream is determined based on the frame sequence numbers.
A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING A COLORED TRIDIMENSIONAL MAP
A method for generating a colored tridimensional map of an environment surrounding a device, including the steps of receiving a first stream including a plurality of N point cloud frames from a tridimensional sensor, receiving a second stream including a plurality of M images from a camera, generating a global tridimensional map by merging the plurality of N point cloud frames in a reference coordinate system, and determining the colored tridimensional map by assigning a calculated color to each tridimensional data point of global tridimensional map, the calculated color being determined from color values of pixels of the plurality of M images.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF IMAGES OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
A system and method for statistical analysis of PV photovoltaic panel images for quantifying the percentage of reduction of electricity generation or the percentage of electricity generation of PV photovoltaic panels due to the soiling level of PV photovoltaic panels by means of a system for statistical analysis of PV photovoltaic panel images, using a camera capable of photographing the panels in the visible spectrum, a clean and properly functioning PV photovoltaic panel without the presence of soiling, shading, or operational faults, a string of soiled PV photovoltaic panels to be evaluated, a computer and an method for image analysis.
