MULTISCALE MODELING TO DETERMINE MOLECULAR PROFILES FROM RADIOLOGY

Systems and methods for analyzing pathologies utilizing quantitative imaging are presented herein. Advantageously, the systems and methods of the present disclosure utilize a hierarchical analytics framework that identifies and quantify biological properties/analytes from imaging data and then identifies and characterizes one or more pathologies based on the quantified biological properties/analytes. This hierarchical approach of using imaging to examine underlying biology as an intermediary to assessing pathology provides many analytic and processing advantages over systems and methods that are configured to directly determine and characterize pathology from underlying imaging data.

Image analysis method for quantitative assessment of a degree of coordination of uterine motion, comprising: obtaining a recording of a uterus; tracking, in the recording, at least two propagation waves of uterine motion in at least two different regions of the uterus and/or on at least two different times; and determining the degree of coordination of the uterine motion based on a similarity measure of at least two characteristics of the at least two propagation waves.

VENOUS COMPRESSION SITE IDENTIFICATION AND STENT DEPLOYMENT GUIDANCE, AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS

A system includes a processor circuit configured for communication with an external imaging device. The processor circuit receives, from the external imaging device, an image comprising a blood vessel within a patient. The processor circuit determines, using the image, a first location of the blood vessel with a restriction in blood flow caused by compression of the blood vessel by an anatomical structure within the patient and different than the blood vessel. The processor circuit generates a first graphical representation associated with the restriction. The processor circuit outputs, to a display in communication with the processor circuit, a screen display. The screen display includes the image and the first graphical representation at the first location of the blood vessel in the image.

METHOD FOR DETERMINING MATERIAL PROPERTIES FROM FOAM SAMPLES

The present invention is in the field of methods for determining material properties from foam samples. It relates to a computer-implemented method for determining a material property of a foam sample comprising (a) providing a representation of the sample, (b) extracting at least one structural feature from the representation, wherein the at least one structural feature comprises walls, struts, or nodes (c) providing the at least one structural feature to a material model suitable for obtaining at least one material property from the structural feature, and (d) outputting the at least one material property received from the material model.

EFFICIENT STORAGE OF HIGH-RESOLUTION INDUSTRIAL ULTRASONIC DATA
20230239506 · 2023-07-27 ·

A method and device for processing ultrasonic data from an industrial inspection device. Ultrasonic reflections from a high-resolution phased array are sampled at high-frequency to create a large volume of data. The data are converted to I/Q data and compressed to a manageable size. An external computer can beamform and render an image without restoring the compressed data to raw form. This method may be used for in-line inspection, downhole inspection, or ultrasonic testing.
