PRESSURE COOKER LID PUMP
A pressure cooker includes a pump coupled to a lid thereof. The pump, which may be permanently mounted or removably coupled to the lid, and which may be manual or electromechanical in nature, may be used for accelerating pressurization and/or depressurization of a cooking chamber in the pressure cooker. In addition, in some instances, one or more specialty lids may be supported by a pressure cooker for performing specialty operations in combination with a cooling system of the pressure cooker.

The locking structure is configured to be linearly moved, depending on a position of the locking slide performing a linear movement in the first direction, between a locking position where the engagement protrusion is positioned so as to overlap with the flange portion of the inner pot in a vertical direction and an unlocking position spaced apart from the locking position toward an outside of the top plate.

A cooking device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a main body in which an inner pot is accommodated; a top plate provided in a lid cover coupled to the main body; a locking slide coupled on the top plate so as to be linearly movable in a first direction; and a locking structure including an engagement protrusion which is configured to be engaged with a flange portion of the inner pot. The locking structure is configured to be linearly moved, depending on a position of the locking slide performing a linear movement in the first direction, between a locking position where the engagement protrusion is positioned so as to overlap with the flange portion of the inner pot in a vertical direction and an unlocking position spaced apart from the locking position toward an outside of the top plate.

The present invention relates to a cooking device, including a housing, a base, an inner, and a lid. The present invention relates to a pressure oven with a pressurized inner container. The pressure oven includes an oven body, the inner container, an oven door and a handle, where the bottom side of the oven door is rotatably connected with the oven body, the handle is provided on top of the oven door, two locking catches are horizontally provided on the front face of the oven body, the corresponding inner surface of the oven door is provided with two locking hooks, and the handle drives the two locking hooks to rotate via a linkage drive device so as to achieve locking or unlocking between the locking hooks and the locking catches. The pressure oven has a rational structural design, the oven door is convenient for opening and closing, and a pressure relief valve is designed to be on the oven door so as to help combine the oven as an integral part of the entire kitchen. In addition, heating electronic elements are located at the back faces of the oven door and the oven body, such that two side faces of the oven body do not have a heating element. The heating element in the oven door is cooled by a cooling fan, the heat from the heating element at the back face of the oven body is dissipated via heat dissipation holes, such that no heat dissipation hole is needed on the two side faces of the oven body. The oven has an attractive appearance, the inner container is an integral body with a high tensile strength, has no gap, and is easy to clean. The pressure oven can be secured by a hanging hook and can be easily dismounted.
Pressure Oven
The present invention relates to a pressure oven with a pressurized inner container. The pressure oven includes an oven body, the inner container, an oven door and a handle, where the bottom side of the oven door is rotatably connected with the oven body, the handle is provided on top of the oven door, two locking catches are horizontally provided on the front face of the oven body, the corresponding inner surface of the oven door is provided with two locking hooks, and the handle drives the two locking hooks to rotate via a linkage drive device so as to achieve locking or unlocking between the locking hooks and the locking catches. The pressure oven has a rational structural design, the oven door is convenient for opening and closing, and a pressure relief valve is designed to be on the oven door so as to help combine the oven as an integral part of the entire kitchen. In addition, heating electronic elements are located at the back faces of the oven door and the oven body, such that two side faces of the oven body do not have a heating element. The heating element in the oven door is cooled by a cooling fan, the heat from the heating element at the back face of the oven body is dissipated via heat dissipation holes, such that no heat dissipation hole is needed on the two side faces of the oven body. The oven has an attractive appearance, the inner container is an integral body with a high tensile strength, has no gap, and is easy to clean. The pressure oven can be secured by a hanging hook and can be easily dismounted.
LOW VACUUM AND VACUUM RELEASE DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC RICE COOKER
The present invention relates to a low vacuum and vacuum release device for an electric rice cooker, the device being capable of releasing a vacuum and maintaining a vacuum state by the rotation of an operation lever. The electric rice cooker has: the operation lever provided at the upper part of a lid; and the low vacuum and vacuum release device provided inside the lid, elastically connected to the operation lever such that when the operation lever is rotated, the device rises so as to open an air inlet, thereby releasing the vacuum while external air flows therein, and when the operation lever is released, the device lowers by the elastic force of a spring so as to maintain the vacuum state by blocking the air inlet, wherein the low vacuum and vacuum release device comprises: a housing provided in the inside of the lid; a first pressure opening/closing operation part provided inside the housing and rising or lowering according to the vapor pressure during cooking, thereby opening or closing the first vapor outlet of a first lower sealing member; a second vacuum release operation part provided inside the housing and rising or lowering according to the rotation of the operation lever, thereby opening or closing the air inlet of a second lower sealing member; and a raising/lowering operation connection part provided at the upper part of the housing and raising or lowering the second vacuum release operation part while being mounted with the operation lever.
