LOW VACUUM AND VACUUM RELEASE DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC RICE COOKER
The present invention relates to a low vacuum and vacuum release device for an electric rice cooker, the device being capable of releasing a vacuum and maintaining a vacuum state by the rotation of an operation lever. The electric rice cooker has: the operation lever provided at the upper part of a lid; and the low vacuum and vacuum release device provided inside the lid, elastically connected to the operation lever such that when the operation lever is rotated, the device rises so as to open an air inlet, thereby releasing the vacuum while external air flows therein, and when the operation lever is released, the device lowers by the elastic force of a spring so as to maintain the vacuum state by blocking the air inlet, wherein the low vacuum and vacuum release device comprises: a housing provided in the inside of the lid; a first pressure opening/closing operation part provided inside the housing and rising or lowering according to the vapor pressure during cooking, thereby opening or closing the first vapor outlet of a first lower sealing member; a second vacuum release operation part provided inside the housing and rising or lowering according to the rotation of the operation lever, thereby opening or closing the air inlet of a second lower sealing member; and a raising/lowering operation connection part provided at the upper part of the housing and raising or lowering the second vacuum release operation part while being mounted with the operation lever.
COOKING DEVICE
The technical idea of the present disclosure provides a cooking device including: a main body; an inner pot accommodated in the main body; and a main body lid connected to the main body and configured to cover the inner pot. The main body lid includes: a top plate; a rotation cover; a locking structure, wherein the locking structure is configured to linearly move between a locking position and an unlocking position in conjunction with the rotation of the rotation cover, wherein the locking position is a position where the engagement protrusion overlaps the flange of the inner pot in a vertical direction and the unlocking position is a position that is spaced apart outward from the locking position in a radial direction; and a pressing slider configured to elastically support the locking structure in a direction from the locking position toward the unlocking position.

Lid Assembly And Multifunctional Cooking Utensil
A lid assembly for multifunctional cooking utensil comprising a utensil lid capable of covering the utensil and comprising an inner lid having an upper wall and a cavity defined partially by the upper wall, a face lid covering the inner lid, and a hot air assembly in the cavity. It further comprises a cooking mode switching device and an air frying valve provided at the upper wall of the inner lid, an air frying valve position limiter being provided between the device and the valve. When the device is in a first state, a first end of the limiter limits the valve to a first position in which an airtight engagement is formed between the valve and the upper wall of the inner lid. When the device is in a second state, the valve is released from the limitation of the first end and can, under the effect of its own weight, switch to a second position in which a passage for air circulation is formed between the valve and the upper wall of the inner lid.

PRESSURIZED OVEN ASSEMBLY
A pressurized oven is provided having a fully sealed cavity, reduces heat lost, shortens cooking time and saves energy of oven operation. The pressurized oven includes a cavity component, a door assembly, heating elements and a control system that includes a relief valve on top of the cavity. The relief valve includes a valve weight and a venting stub, wherein the valve weight sits on the top of the venting stub. The valve weight disposed on top of the venting stub remains closed and the gas is not released when the pressure is not sufficient to lift the valve weight. When the pressure inside the oven is sufficient to lift the valve weight, the valve weight block is lifted to open the valve, the gas is released and the pressure is decreased. Once the pressure becomes less than the valve weight, the valve closes and gas is no longer released.
Pressure assist feature for pressure fryer
Methods and systems disclosed herein may be methods for rapidly increasing pressure in a pressure fryer cooking vessel during a cooking cycle. Such methods and systems may comprise determining whether a pressure output in the cooking vessel is closed. Such methods and system may also include determining a pressure of the cooking vessel, comparing the pressure of the cooking vessel to a predetermined optimal pressure to determine whether the pressure of the cooking vessel is less than the optimal pressure, and activating a filter pump configured to supply air from a drain pan into the cooking vessel in response to determining that the pressure output is closed and the pressure of the cooking vessel is less than the optimal pressure. Such methods and systems may further include deactivating the filter pump when the pressure within the cooking vessel is equal to or greater than the optimal pressure.
