The system can capture and analyze olfactory information providing a diagnosis based on the olfactory information. The system can also capture and output biometric data corresponding to the subject and can further include at least one camera or video sensor that can result in a diagnosis or a microphone or other acoustic sensor that can result in another diagnosis. Other sensors providing other corresponding diagnoses can be included. A sensor fusion component can receive and combine the biometric data and the various diagnoses results and further determine a confidence score. An event record creator compiles the biometric data and the confidence scores to create an event record having a higher confidence score with respect to a final diagnosis result. A data storage device stores the event record.

Feature Detection Methods and Systems Using Deconstructed Color Image Data
An illustrative image processing system extracts a first color-field image from an original color image associated with a set of color-field components. The first color-field image is associated with a first subset of the set of color-field components. The image processing system also extracts a second color-field image from the original color image. The second color-field image is associated with a second subset of the set of color-field components that is different from the first subset. The image processing system detects a first set of features within the first color-field image and a second set of features within the second color-field image. At least one feature is detected within the first color-field image and included in the first set of features while not being detected within the second color-field image or included in the second set of features. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

This application relates to the field of digital image processing technologies, and discloses an image-text fusion method and apparatus, and an electronic device, to minimize blockage of a saliency feature in an image by a text when the text is laid out in the image, and obtain a higher visual balance degree after the text is laid out in the first image, thereby achieving a better layout effect. According to the method of this application, first, a plurality of candidate text templates and layout positions of a plurality of corresponding texts in an image can be determined, so that a text laid out in the image does not block a visually salient object having a greater feature value, such as a human face or a building. Then based on magnitudes of feature values of pixels blocked by the text, a balance degree of feature value distribution of pixels in each region in the image in which the text is laid out, and the like when the text is laid out in the image at corresponding layout positions in the image by using different text templates, a final text template of the text and a layout position of the text in the image are determined.
