Video display system and method
A system for displaying videos, comprising a processing resource configured to: provide a data repository comprising a plurality of previously captured video segments (PCVSs) captured during previous operations of corresponding platforms, each being associated with metadata indicative of a Line-of-Sight (LoS) of a sensor, carried by the corresponding platform of the platforms used to capture the corresponding PCVS, with respect to a fixed coordinate system established in space, during capturing the corresponding PCVS; obtain an indication of a Region-of-Interest (RoI); identify one or more of the PCVSs that include at least part of the RoI, utilizing the LoSs associated with the PCVSs, giving rise to RoI matching PCVSs; and display at least part of at least one of the RoI matching PCVSs, being displayed RoI matching PCVSs, on a display of an operating platform to an operator of the operating platform during a current operation of the operating platform.

Methods and systems for operating a moving platform to determine data associated with a target person or object
Methods and systems for operating a moving platform to locate a known target at an area associated with the target are disclosed. In an example method to locate the target at the area, a first moving platform, configured with a first type of sensor, is caused to move to the area. An attempt is made to locate, via the first moving platform and the first type of sensor, the target at the area. Based on the attempt, a second moving platform, configured with a second type of sensor, is caused to move to the area. The target is located via the second moving platform and the second type of sensor.

Field Change Detection and Alerting System Using Field Average Crop Trend
A system and method for detecting changes in an agricultural field uses a time series of target images of the agricultural field in which a vegetation index value is calculated for each target image. A target trend line is calculated from the time series of the vegetation index values. A time series of candidate images of one or more candidate fields having one or more attributes that correspond to one or more attributes of the agricultural field is also acquired in which an expected trend line can be determined from calculated vegetation index values representative of respective candidate images. An alert is generated in response to a deviation of the target trend line from the expected trend line that meets alert criteria.
Scanning structures via unmanned aerial vehicles
In some examples, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) may determine, based on a three-dimensional (3D) model including a plurality of points corresponding to a scan target, a scan plan for scanning at least a portion of the scan target. For instance, the scan plan may include a plurality of poses for the UAV to assume to capture images of the scan target. The UAV may capture with one or more image sensors, one or more images of the scan target from one or more poses of the plurality of poses. Further, the UAV may determine an update to the 3D model based at least in part on the one or more images. Additionally, the UAV may update the scan plan based at least in part on the update to the 3D model.

Bird or bat detection and identification for wind turbine risk mitigation
An automated system for mitigating risk from a wind turbine includes a plurality of optical imaging sensors. A controller receives and analyzes images from the optical imaging sensors to automatically send a signal to curtail operation of the wind turbine to a predetermined risk mitigating level when the controller determines from images received from the optical imaging sensors that an airborne animal is at risk from the wind turbine.

MASK FOR SATELLITE IMAGE DATA
A computing device is provided, including a processor configured to receive imaging relevance data for a geographic area. The processor may be further configured to generate, based at least in part on the imaging relevance data, image mask instructions specifying a region of interest included in the geographic area. The processor may be further configured to transmit the image mask instructions to a satellite. The processor may be further configured to receive, from the satellite, filtered satellite image data of the region of interest. One or more deprioritized regions of the geographic area outside the region of interest may be excluded from the filtered satellite image data.
