METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ACCESS CONTROL WITH MODULATED LIGHTS
A method for access control in an access control system for people or vehicles comprising at least one access control device. In the method the at least one access control device, using a selective modulation of the frequency, spatial modulation and/or optional temporal modulation of light emitted by a specified number of light sources, transmits information that can be received and demodulated by a mobile electronic device having a camera. The information sent by the access control device contains a unique ID of the access control device, which is used to control the access control device in accordance with data transmitted to the access control system by a mobile electronic device which receives the information transmitted.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ACCESS IN AN ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PERSONS OR VEHICLES COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE ACCESS CONTROL DEVICE
A method for controlling access in an access control system for people or vehicles comprising at least one access control device (11, 12), in which verification of an access authorization is carried out by evaluation of an ID, transmitted at regular intervals by a mobile electronic device (4, 4′) by a first standard. A mobile electronic device is identified as the mobile electronic device located closest to an access control device, if a connection is established by a second standard, which has a range, which covers an area around the access control device, in which only one person or one vehicle can be located or if the mobile electronic device receives a short-range signal, which is emitted or caused by the access control device and has a range, which covers an area around the access control device (11, 12), in which only one person or one vehicle can be located.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ACCESS CONTROL
A method for access control in an access control system for vehicles is proposed comprising at least one access control device, in the context of which by a display device of the at least one access control device facing an incoming vehicle in the access direction, a unique text assigned to the respective access control device is displayed which, due to the design and/or arrangement of the display device, is only visible in a defined area around the access control device. Under normal operating conditions, only one vehicle can be located in the defined area around the access control device. The displayed text is used to control the access control device in accordance with data transmitted to the access control system by a mobile electronic device (1), into which the text is dictated by a user.
Bicycle Locking Assembly
A bicycle locking assembly includes a bicycle rack is secured to a support surface and a plurality of parking elements each is integrated into the bicycle rack to have a respective bicycle parked in the parking elements. A plurality of bicycle locks is each movably integrated into the bicycle rack for locking a respective bicycle to a respective parking element. A card reader is coupled to the bicycle rack for processing a payment to facilitate a user to lock their bicycle to the bicycle rack. A camera is integrated into the bicycle rack to record footage of the bicycle rack thereby monitoring bicycles that are locked to the bicycle rack. A light emitter is coupled to the bicycle rack to emit light outwardly from the bicycle rack for enhancing visibility of the bicycle rack at night.

System, method and computer program for an access control system
A system, method, mobile communication device and one or more computer programs for an access control system for controlling access to a restricted area. In one form, the restricted area is a parking station. In one aspect, the system includes: a communication system; and a computer program executable by a mobile communication device configured to: receive one or more entry signals from the communication system when the entity approaches an entry point of a restricted area; transfer, to the communication system, an entry request; receive, from the communication system, authorisation data indicative of the entity being granted access to enter the restricted area by an access control system; receive one or more exit signals from the communication system when the entity approaches an exit point of the restricted area; and transfer, to the communication system, an exit request indicative of the authorisation data in order to exit the restricted area.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INTERNET BASED SMART PARKING SPACE OPTIMIZATION
The present principles allow the owners of parking spaces in a barrier gate controlled parking garage to temporarily make the parking spaces available to other users during the periods that the parking spaces are not used by the owners. The parking space owners may publish and made known the availability information of the parking spaces using their associated mobile computing devices through the internet. In addition, a universal barrier gate interfacing device and/or a universal access card are provided which would allow controlling of the operation of different kinds of barrier gate systems via a verification of a universal access code representing the agreed to parking transaction and/or parking space seeker.
Parking management method and parking management device
A parking management method includes detecting whether there is a vehicle approaching a parking management device in a parking space, capturing images of the vehicle when the vehicle is detected approaching the parking management device, identifying feature information of the vehicle in the captured images, determining whether the vehicle matches the parking space according to the feature information, controlling a lifting mechanism to change from a raised state to a lowered state when the vehicle matches the parking space, and establishing a pairing connection between the parking management device and a mobile terminal.
