PARKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PARKING MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM
A parking management system includes: a management server including a first processor that includes hardware; and a parking server including a second processor that includes hardware. The first processor is configured to acquire information of a vehicle that has entered a parking area from the parking server, identify the vehicle that has entered the parking area and a user boarding the vehicle based on the information of the vehicle, and connect the information of the vehicle and the payment information of the user and output the information of the vehicle and the payment information of the user to the parking server. The second processor is configured to calculate a parking fee of the vehicle based on parking time of the vehicle, a payment amount included in the payment information, and a parking fee agreement that is preset, and open an exit gate provided in the parking area.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TOUCHLESS PARKING FACILITY
This disclosure relates to methods and systems for touchless parking facility entry, wherein the parking facility entry system uses a detector to unlock a motion sensor on a kiosk responsive to a determination or signal that is located next to the kiosk. The driver of the vehicle may then make some motion which, when detected by the motion sensor, will trigger the kiosk to dispense a parking ticket for the vehicle. The system may then open a gate to provide the vehicle with access to the parking facility.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TAG
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for a wireless communication tag. The tag is configured to uniquely identify an account associated with the user for granting the user access to a first access-controlled service controlled by a first authority and a second access-controlled service controlled by a second authority. The tag is implemented through an omnidirectional antenna removably coupled to a mobile device associated with the user. An amount of payment owed by the user in accessing the first access-controlled service from a plurality of access-controlled services including the first access-controlled service and the second access-controlled service across a plurality of authorities is determined and transfer of the amount of payment to the first authority selected from the plurality of authorities in response to the user accessing the first access-controlled service is facilitated.
METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING VEHICLES FOR PARKING MANAGEMENT PURPOSES, DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A method of identifying vehicles for parking management purposes marks out a parking fee paid or unpaid status when a target vehicle exits a parking area, the vehicle information comprising first and second license plate numbers. The first license plate number being entered by a vehicle-user, and the second license plate number being the license plate number as recognized from a first image taken by the parking system when the target vehicle enters the parking area. A third license plate number is taken from an image of the target vehicle when driving out of the parking area. The third license plate number is compared with first or second license plate number, and if the comparison is met, outputting a release instruction to a gate to release the target vehicle. The disclosure also provides an electronic device.

Open road tolling method, apparatus, and electronic device
Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for toll fee charging. One of the computer-implemented methods includes obtaining information of a vehicle traveling on a toll road, where the vehicle is associated with a user account on a payment platform. For the vehicle and to a blockchain, recording a travel history by using a blockchain node corresponding to the tolling system in a blockchain network, where the travel history comprises a distance the vehicle is driven on the toll road. In response to determining that the distance the vehicle is driven reaches a predetermined distance, charging a toll fee using the payment platform.

Mobile sensing and smart payment system
A mobile sensing and payment method and system for parking fees is disclosed. The system includes an array of identity information collection modules in a parking facility. A background data processor collects mobile terminal identification information from a mobile terminal of a person entering the parking facility while the mobile terminal performs cell reselection. The data processor simultaneously senses transmission intensity of the mobile terminal using the terminal identity information collection modules. The data processor determines a location of the mobile terminal based upon the changes in the signal transmission intensity from the collection modules. The data processor generates a specific characteristic threshold for the mobile terminal to pass an entrance gate. The data processor causes the entrance gate to be opened records a specific time that the entrance gate is opened. The data processor records a specific time that the person has entered the parking facility.
