REALESTATE AS TRADABLE DIGITAL ASSETS THROUGH BLOCKCHAIN INTEGRATION
An assignable realestate system includes a processor, a storage medium, a wireless device including a digital key, a lock assembly for access to realestate, a data file, and a blockchain application. The data file is stored in the medium, and includes a plurality of linked blocks. Each block includes a respective asset transaction data of a plurality of asset transaction data with each data being time stamped. The blockchain application is stored in the medium and executed by the processor. The blockchain application is configured to apply the data file to determine a current asset transaction data of the plurality of asset transaction data and output an authorization signal to the lock assembly associated with the device for access to the realestate.
MEDICINAL DOSAGE STORAGE METHOD FOR COMBINED ELECTRONIC INVENTORY DATA AND ACCESS CONTROL
Disclosed are apparatuses and methodologies for achieving current inventory data management with an electronic access control system. An access control system provides access control data while a sealed enclosure incorporates an RFID reading system for determining the identity of respective tagged contents therein. Particularly in conjunction with the storage of controlled substances, such as some drugs utilized on an EMS vehicle, a tamper evident RFID tag is fully or partially destroyed or damaged, or otherwise impacted or affected so as to generate a changed ID, whenever the contained medicinal dosage is acquired for administration. Specific container/cap combinations accommodate various drug dosages, and are combinable with tamper evident RFID tags. Usage of tagged drugs may be tracked by reading narcotics box contents before and after a work shift. Intra-shift access and usage reports at each point of consumption maintains a complete record of custody of control.

PAIRABLE SECURE-ACCESS FACILITIES
Systems and methods are provided for providing access to secure-access facilities based on pairing of the secure-access facilities with a user device such as a wearable device. A pairable secure-access facility may be a public storage facility or device such as a locker that includes communications circuitry for pairing with the user device. Once paired with the user device, the locker may operate a locking mechanism to lock the locker when the user device is away from the locker and to unlock the locker when the user device is in the vicinity of the locker. The locker may include a beacon for detecting and pairing with the user devices. Pairing the user device and the locker may include entering a locker identifier into the user device to ensure that the intended user device is paired with the intended locker.
ELECTRONIC PADLOCK
An electronic padlock comprising a lock body, a locking hook moveably connected to the lock body, and an unlocking assembly, a locking mechanism, and a mechanical unlocking system and an electronic unlocking system which are provided in the lock body. One end of the mechanical unlocking system and one end of the electronic unlocking system are movably connected to the unlocking assembly to drive the unlocking assembly to perform position conversion between a first position and a second position, respectively; a locking mechanism is defined at the unlocking assembly, when the unlocking assembly is in the first position, the locking mechanism limits a position of the locking hook, the electronic padlock is in a locked state; when the unlocking assembly is in the second position, the locking mechanism is disengaged inwardly from the locking hook so that the locking hook can be pulled out to unlock the electronic padlock.

INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND NON-TRANSIENT STORAGE MEDIUM
A technique for enabling a user who wants to be pick-up by a vehicle to collect baggage deposited elsewhere by a pick-up vehicle. An information processing apparatus obtains user information including first information indicating a desired boarding location and a desired boarding time for a user who wishes to be picked-up by a vehicle, second information indicating deposit location at which the user has deposited a user baggage, and third information indicating that a driver of a pick-up vehicle picking-up the user is permitted to receive the user baggage from the deposit location. The information processing apparatus transmits the user information to a vehicle terminal associated with the pick-up vehicle.
Self-serve kiosk
Aspects of the present disclosure include a self-serve kiosk with a door that allows access to products inside the kiosk. A bar is disposed on the door and contains a user interface that allows the user to purchase products. The bar also includes a handle that the user can grasp to open and close the door. The bar can rotate with respect to the door into an access position that improves maintenance access to the user interface and related components. In aspects, the bar and related components improve integration of self-serve functionality into existing product storage devices.
ELECTROCHROMIC FILM INDICATOR FOR A BATTERY POWERED DEVICE
A user interface display system associated with an electronic lock that provides feedback to a user engaging the electronic lock, including a user interface display positioned on the electronic lock to depict to the user status patterns with each displayed status pattern being in response to a status of the electronic lock and provides feedback to the user as to the status of the electronic lock. An electrochromic film positioned on the user interface display and transitions a color for each displayed status pattern to correspond to the status pattern depicted to the user that provides the status of the electronic lock to the user. A controller transitions the electrochromic film to each color to correspond with the status pattern that is depicted by the user interface display so that the transitioned color and the displayed status pattern is in response to the status of the electronic lock.
