Modular cargo storage apparatus for use on a base platform of a modular autonomous bot apparatus that transports an item being shipped
A modular cargo storage system (CSS) is described for use on a base platform of a modular autonomous bot apparatus that transports an item being shipped. The modular CSS includes a set of folding structural walls, an interlocking alignment interface on at least one of the walls, and a modular component power and data transport bus. The walls at least partially enclose a payload area above the base platform. The interlocking alignment interface has a set of latches and a locking handle coupled to the set of latches that actuates the latches to interlock with the base platform. The power and data transport bus have top and bottom side modular component electronics interfaces where each interface has a power conduit outlet and a command and data communication interface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WIRELESSLY TRANSMITTING TOKEN DATA TO A KEY CARD READING DEVICE
A mobile computing device for transmitting token data to a key card reading device having an activation mechanism is provided. The computing device is programmed to receive token data representing access data of a key card, generate a transmission signal representing the access data of the key card based on the token data in response to receiving the token data, and output the transmission signal to the key card reading device. The access data causes the key card reading device to activate the activation mechanism. The transmission signal causes the key card reading device to activate the activation mechanism when the mobile computing device is placed near the key card reading device and the transmission signal is authenticated by the key card reading device.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DYNAMIC IDENTIFICATION FOR VEHICLE ACCESS
A system for providing dynamic access to a vehicle via a plurality of devices. A device and/or a server of an authentication network stored fob data relating to one or more key fobs linked to the vehicle, and device data that includes data relating to one or more devices that are authorized to access the vehicle. The vehicle receives an access request indicating that a new device is requesting access to the vehicle, whereupon a challenge may be transmitted to one or more of the authorized devices. The one or more devices may respond, granting access to vehicle functions. The vehicle and/or authentication network generate a secure fob key based on the response and transmit the secure fob key to the new device. The new device may be authenticated to access vehicle functions based at least in part on the fob key.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DYNAMIC IDENTIFICATION AND KEY MANAGEMENT FOR VEHICLE ACCESS
The vehicle and/or authentication network generate a secure fob key and access limitations based on the response and transmit the secure fob key to the new device. The new device may be authenticated to access vehicle functions subject to the limitation based at least in part on the fob key.
Key fob dongle
The disclosed method uses a dongle to program a replacement key fob transmitter to a vehicle. The dongle mates to the vehicle's on-board electronics through the vehicle's existing data link. A diagnostic circuit in the dongle determines a communications protocol for programming the key fob transmitter to the vehicle. Audio and visual indicators indicate that communications are established and the successful programming of the key fob transmitter to the vehicle.
Movable Barrier Operator and Transmitter Pairing Over a Network
In one aspect of the present disclosure, a system and method are provided for pairing a network-enabled movable barrier operator with a transmitter. The method may include receiving a pairing request, retrieving a hashed version of the transmitter fixed code, verifying access authorization, and forwarding the hashed version of the transmitter fixed code to a movable barrier operator to allow the movable barrier operator to determine whether a new transmitter is authorized to control the movable barrier operator.
Systems and methods for short-range communication between devices
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for communicating between devices using short-range communication links. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods for communicating access-right data between devices for verification or transfer.
SMARTPHONE WITH INTEGRATED MULTI-TRANSPONDER MODE KEY DEVICE
A smartphone having: a configurable radio frequency transmitter; a configurable low frequency transponder with at least one low frequency coil; and a smartphone application program that is controlled by a cloud service and that is configured to configure the radio frequency transmitter and the low frequency transponder with protocol parameters and initial data values such that the low frequency transponder mimics a virgin key device that can be programmed to a particular vehicle model.
ELECTRONIC LOCKS FOR SERVER RACKS
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to systems and methods for preventing unauthorized access to server racks. In one example, a system includes an electronic key and an electronic lock configured to be attached to the server rack. The electronic lock is configured to communicate with the electronic key for determining whether the electronic key is authorized to unlock or lock the lock. The electronic lock includes a handle configured to be disengaged from the electronic lock when the electronic key is authorized, and the handle is configured to be actuated to unlock the lock for accessing the server rack when the handle is disengaged from the electronic lock. The electronic lock is configured to re-lock only when the handle is engaged with the electronic lock.
COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD
Disclosed is a computer-implemented electronic surveillance system for allowing a user into a restricted area based on a virtual badge, which is representative of the user. The system comprises a user database listed with a plurality of user details, a badge generation module for generating a virtual badge based on the user details, the generated virtual badge residing within a smart device, an access database comprising a plurality of badge entries listed there within wherein, each badge entry comprising badge information representative of a virtual badge, the user of which has been pre-granted the right to access the restricted area, and an access means associated with the point of access of the restricted area, the access means comprising for upon the smart device being brought proximal thereto, receiving badge information and allowing the user to access the restricted area in the event of a match.
