SMART BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM WITH EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY FEATURES

A method, including implementing a software agent to traverse a graph data structure to extract financial information associated with operation of a space, retrieving, by further traversing the graph data structure using the software agent, context information associated with the space, the context information including time spent by employees in the space, generating, using the software agent, a metric associated with the employees of the space, wherein the metric includes a representation of efficiency based on the financial information and the context information, comparing, by the software agent, the metric to historical information, and transmitting a report to a computing device, wherein the report is based on the comparison.

CONFERENCE ROOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive a request to hold a meeting in a building, retrieve user preferences associated with an attendee of the meeting, dynamically determine meeting parameters associated with the meeting based on the request and the user preferences, identify one or more meeting parameters that deviate from the request or the user preferences, and transmit a notification indicating the identified one or more meeting parameters.

LOBBY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to detect an individual who enters into a lobby of a building, retrieve context information corresponding to the individual, update a user profile of the individual to indicate the individual has arrived at the building, and control one or more access control devices to grant the individual access to the building based on the context information.

SMART PARKING LOT SYSTEM

One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to detect a vehicle that enters into a parking lot, identify an individual associated with the vehicle, retrieve context information corresponding to the individual, dynamically determine a first parking space based on the context information and available parking spaces, and provide the individual with directions to the first parking space.

System and method for electronic access

A method for providing electronic access to products includes receiving a request from a user at a server for a first set of products, creating a corresponding Voucher, transmitting the Voucher to a first recipient, in response to a request transmitting the First Ticket to a communications device, receiving a request initiated by the first recipient at the server for a second set of products less than or coextensive with the first set for delivery to a second recipient, creating at the server a corresponding Voucher, transmitting that Voucher to the second recipient, in response to a request transmitting the Second Ticket to a communications device, receiving at a reader site the Second Ticket, determining that the Second Ticket is valid, and in response to the determining, providing the second set of products.

Autonomous Mobile Delivery Robot And Chain Of Custody System

Disclosed are a system and a method that includes a robotic unit configured to deliver items (e.g., medicine, foodstuff, linens, equipment, etc.) to sites (e.g., rooms, offices, etc.) and/or individuals (e.g., patients, pharmacists, technician, etc.) throughout a facility (e.g., hospital, office building, mailroom, manufacturing facility, etc.). The robotic unit is a mobile unit that operates autonomously to follow predetermined or programmed routes throughout the facility to deliver the items. The system is configured to maintain a chain of custody for the items. In addition, the robotic unit is configured to only allow designated items to be delivered to designated sites and/or to authorized individuals. This can be achieved by the robotic unit having a plurality of containers that are locked within a storage space of the robotic unit, and are only accessible upon successful completion of an authorization process.

Traveling automation preferences

The present disclosure relates to a method for security and/or automation systems. In some embodiments, the method may include retrieving a predefined list of user preferences associated with a guest. The method may further include updating a status of one or more devices associated with the security and/or automation systems at a home based at least in part on the predefined list of user preferences, and determining a change in the status of the one or more devices associated with the security and/or automation systems at the home. The method may further include updating the predefined list of user preferences based at least in part on the determined change. The method may further include communicating, to the guest, a request for a feedback associated with the determined change.

The lockbox contains a microcomputer used in the processes of validating preapproved credentials. One method of obtaining access to the lockbox is by user carrying only an identification card, the lockbox scanning the identification card and transmitting its data to the lockbox's server for validation via an internal cell phone modem's connection through cell towers. The lockbox is also capable of capturing video and audio recordings, storing and categorizing the recordings into data such as traffic or noise levels over varying periods of time; and such data can be transferred to a user's cell phone upon the owner's approval. Additionally, the lockbox is powered by a solar panel power source, making it self-sustaining.

Virtual intercom system

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for a virtual intercom. In some implementations, a request from a visitor device to communicate with an occupant of a particular unit of the facility is received. A location of the visitor device is received. Based on the received location, it is determined that the visitor device is within a predetermined bounded area. An occupant profile is identified based on the received request. Information associated with the occupant profile is obtained. Based on the obtained information, it is determined the occupant has registered a profile. Based on the obtained information, a communication path to an occupant device is identified. The request from the visitor device is sent, using the communication path, to an occupant device belonging to the occupant. A response from the occupant device is received. Based on the response, an action is performed.
