Building automation system with visitor management
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive a request to hold a meeting in a building, the request including an individual, retrieve, from the request, contact information for the individual, transmit a request for identifying information to the individual using the contact information, determine a purpose of the individual based on the identifying information, generate a virtual ticket for the individual based on the purpose of the individual, identify a presence of the individual at the building based on the identifying information and image data, and control access control devices in response to identifying the presence of the individual to grant the individual access to the building.
Access control system and method for use by an access device
Systems and methods are provided to allow a smart phone or any terminal to activate a lock using a web site or server computer system. An access control system is provided that includes a server and an access device. The access device includes a processor and a communication module. The process has control of a lock and is able to receive a reservation certificate presented by a portable terminal through the communication module. The processor activates the lock when a current reservation certificate has been presented.
Theme park gamification, guest tracking and access control system
A system for providing gamification of a destination such as a theme park where guests use a venue app with an optional electronic ticket that allows for both self-serve access into the destination and tracking of individual guests throughout various access points. An extended range ID such as an RFID is provided to the guest either in the electronic ticket or in a wearable. Using combinations of RFID readers, pressure sensors and cameras the system tracks guests down the ride seat and tracks the movements of guided, free-floating and free-ranging vehicles. Using the combination of guest and vehicle tracking information along with information provided by a destination gaming system, the destination guest experience is customized including various effects for rides and attractions. Spot cameras are placed at tracked locations such as rides seats, where images are captured in response to either external triggers generated by the system or guest indications.
Conference room management system
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive a request to hold a meeting in a building, retrieve user preferences associated with an attendee of the meeting, dynamically determine meeting parameters associated with the meeting based on the request and the user preferences, identify one or more meeting parameters that deviate from the request or the user preferences, and transmit a notification indicating the identified one or more meeting parameters.
Mobile device access badges
Systems and methods for displaying a dynamic badge for accessing a facility are disclosed. The dynamic badge may include a display of one or more objects that change shape over time according to a predetermined pattern. The dynamic badge may visible at a specified distance (such as a social distancing limitation). The dynamic badge may be scanned or recognized by a scanning device at the specified distance to determine facility access for a user of the badge.
Access control system and method for use by an access device
Systems and methods are provided to allow a smart phone or any terminal to activate a door lock using a web site or server computer system. An access control system is provided that includes a server and an access device. The access device includes a processor and a communication module. The process has control of a door lock and is able to receive a reservation certificate presented by a portable terminal through the communication module. The processor activates the door lock when a current reservation certificate has been presented.
Queuing system
A technique for controlling access to one or more attractions is achieved using a number of access keys, each being issued to one or more users. An electronic queue management part manages a virtual queue in respect of each attraction and receives electronic requests for attraction access, each request relating to an access key and being for the users associated with it to access a particular attraction. Receipt of each request causes the respective users to be added to a corresponding virtual queue. A time at which each group of users reaches the front of the virtual queue and can access the attraction is determined. The users access the attractions by presenting an access key to an access control part, in communication with the electronic queue management part. Only a user presenting an access key at the correct time for accessing the attraction is allowed access to the attraction.
System and method for managing real estate listing showings based on multiple factors
A specialized server within a real estate showing management system creates a showing appointment for a showing agent to show a listing and a set of geo-fences around the listing when the appointment is created, At a particular time before the showing, the specialized server notifies a showing agent mobile device to download the set of geo-fences and, when requested, provides the set to the mobile device. The mobile device notifies the specialized server when it breaches a geo-fence within the set. The specialized server determines that the showing has started when the notification and the beginning time of the showing appointment are within a predetermined time range. The specialized server then notifies property electronic devices to turn on.
Feature amount management apparatus and method
According to one embodiment, a feature amount management apparatus includes a data generation unit, an ID generation unit, a storage unit, and a deletion unit. The data generation unit generates, from an image, feature amount data indicating a feature amount of biometric information of a person. The ID generation unit generates identification information including expiration date information used for determining an expiration date of the feature amount data. The storage unit stores the feature amount data in correlation with the identification information. The deletion unit deletes the feature amount data when the feature amount data pass the expiration date.
