Unattended smart property showing
Rental property management technology, in which reservation data is accessed on a rental property management server, and a request from a mobile device for an upcoming reservation at a property is detected. In response to detecting the request, the rental property management server confirms the upcoming reservation based on the accessed reservation data. In response to confirming the upcoming reservation, the reservation management server generates a unique access code. The rental property management server transmits the unique access code to the mobile device and to a monitoring system on the property. The rental property management server also transmits data to the monitoring system indicating that the unique access code grants access to the property.
Locker adaption system and related method for consumer in-door, out-door and curbside goods delivery and pickup services and for merchant store pickup services
The present invention relates to a locker and system for secured delivery of goods to consumer wherein the locker may be 1) positioned within a building or home such that one door is accessible outside the building or home and a second door is accessible within the building or home; 2) positioned on a property, potentially near a curbside and accessible to a delivery vehicle from a street; or 3) positioned at a commercial location such that one door is accessible to the public and a second door is accessible to the workers at the commercial location. Delivery may occur via drone or human with selected access given to the designated locker door. In accordance with the foregoing objects, an embodiment of the present invention generally comprises a service provider, a service client, an operator (seller or inspector), an end user (buyer or end user), and at least one chamber having at least one remotely controlled electronic door in communication with a service provider, service client, and/or operator.
SMART PARKING LOT SYSTEM
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to detect a vehicle that enters into a parking lot, identify an individual associated with the vehicle, retrieve context information corresponding to the individual, dynamically determine a first parking space based on the context information and available parking spaces, and provide the individual with directions to the first parking space.
KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An item management system and a key management system are provided. The key management system comprises: a plurality of keys, each key including an RFID tag in association therewith; a plurality of key storage positions, each for storing one or more of the plurality of keys; a visual indicator associated with each of the storage positions, the visual indicator configured to indicate a status of one or more of the key storage positions; at least one RFID reader configured to read the RFID tags of the plurality of keys; and at least one processor, coupled to the at least one RFID reader, the at least one processor configured to determine the presence of at least one of the plurality of keys in an associated storage position of the plurality of key storage positions.
ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM WITH DYNAMIC ACCESS PERMISSION PROCESSING
Aspects of the disclosure relate to electronic access control. An electronic key can access a set of one or more electronic locks according to scheduled access permissions. Access schedules may define one or more authorized time periods during which access to an electronic lock is permitted. Access schedules can be generated based on user input received via a user interface. A key configuration corresponding to an access schedule is transmitted from a server to the electronic key. The set of electronic locks includes at least one lock designated as a conditional access lock. The conditional access lock is associated with access control information including at least one of environment data or personnel data. Responsive to determining that the access control information does not meet one or more criteria, the server automatically adjusts access schedules and generates a corresponding key configuration for the electronic key.
SECURE CONTAINER FOR PACKAGE DELIVERY
A method according to one embodiment includes transmitting, by a handler device associated with package handler, a message to an access control system requesting access to a secure container secured by an electronic lock mechanism; determining, by the access control system, whether the package handler is authorized to access the secure container based on the received message; transmitting, by the access control system, an unlock command to the secure container in response to a determination that the package handler is authorized to access the secure container; and unlocking the electronic lock mechanism of the secure container in response to successful authentication of the unlock command.
System and method for processing a command based on verification information and a challenge token
A computing device creates verification information and a challenge token and sends the verification information and token to a server. The computing device receives authentication credentials and a command from the server and a command. The authentication credentials were generated using verified authentication information and the token. The computing device verifies the authentication credentials and processes the command if the credentials are valid.
AUTOMATICALLY PROVIDING ACCESS TO VENDOR APPLICATION BY USING MOBILE CREDENTIALS
A method of automatically providing promotions to hotel guests using mobile credentials is provided. The method includes receiving, by a vendor application of a vendor, a request from a requestor to access the vendor application to perform a business transaction between the requestor and the vendor. A mobile credential assigned to the requestor for unlocking an access control device is received by the vendor application. It is determined whether the mobile credential assigned to the requestor is valid. Based at least in part on determining that the mobile credential is valid, the mobile credential is accepted by the vendor application and the requestor is provided access to the vendor application to perform the business transaction.
ELECTRONIC LOCK PAIRING VIA PASSCODE
Secure passcode-triggered wireless communication pairing of a mobile device with an electronic lock is provided. The passcode is a limited-use (e.g., one time use, useful for a limited time span) pairing passcode that may be generated at the electronic lock or by an application executing on an administrative user's mobile device that can be communicated to a guest user as part of an invitation to connect to the electronic lock. The pairing passcode is not a lock actuation passcode and cannot be used to actuate the electronic lock from a locked to an unlocked position. Rather, the pairing passcode enables the guest user to pair a mobile device with the electronic lock and, once paired, to use an application executing on the guest user's mobile device to actuate the electronic lock.
