AUTONOMOUS RAPID BATCH BEVERAGE MAKER, SYSTEM AND METHOD
An autonomous beverage maker, system and method for fresh brewed coffee, tea, and other beverages, responsive to sensed demand or inputted command, makes an initial beverage extract concentrate in a turbulent manner under unpressurized conditions, and then a dilute/secondary extract under pressurized conditions and mixes the initial extract and dilute to complete a beverage batch, successive secondary extracts/dilutes being made as required or desired to meet flavor, strength, etc., successive batches being rapidly made as required to meet demand, maintain level, etc. A parameter or parameters within a receiving or dispensing container is/are autonomously monitored to determine level, demand for additional beverage, beverage age, and or/other information, and responsive to the monitored information or an inputted command, the beverage maker autonomously adapts the beverage making operation or executes predetermined steps, such as, but are not limited to, making more or fewer beverage batches, or signals to dispose of existing beverage.
Pressurized brewing, gas-infusion, and dispensing machine
An integrated device including a vessel, a gas reservoir, a pressure regulation device, a primary filter, and a tap assembly. The vessel is configured to contain a beverage. The gas reservoir is configured to supply pressurized gas within the vessel. The pressure regulation device is configured to maintain an infusing pressure within the vessel and also a dispensing pressure within the vessel. The primary filter is configured to hold solid brewing media, to fit inside the vessel, and to be removable from the vessel. The tap assembly is configured to dispense the beverage from the vessel. Methods are also disclosed.
Beverage preparation apparatus
A beverage preparation apparatus including a platform section having a plurality of attachment points for additional components. The platform is adapted to releasably secure in a wide variety of target beverage vessels. The additional components include, but are not limited to, a large volume filter means, a temperature regulator, or a gravity-fed brewer. The platform may also be incorporated into a vacuum-insulated, stainless-steel beverage vessel.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR BEVERAGE BREWING
According to present invention, a basket for brewing coffee is disclosed. The basket includes a bottom wall, at least one side wall and a lid that define a cavity intended to receive an amount of ground coffee. The basket includes a plurality of openings that are sized to permit water to pass therethrough but to retain ground coffee in the cavity. The basket includes a baffle that includes at least one wall that extends generally radially between the side wall of the basket and a central portion of the cavity, the baffle wall being attached to at least one of the bottom wall, the side wall and the lid. The baffle ensures that the coffee grounds and water are sufficiently agitated during the brewing process.
COFFEE MAKER
A coffee maker comprises a body and a brewing device, the body comprises an abutting portion, and the brewing device comprises a receiving apparatus and a top lid movably assembled on the receiving apparatus. The receiving apparatus is provided with a receiving chamber. The top lid is located above the receiving chamber. The brewing device is movable so that the top lid can be switched between a closed state and an opened state. When the brewing device is moved to a position near the body, the abutting portion abuts the top lid so that the top lid is switched to the closed state. When the brewing device is moved forward to a position away from the body, the top lid is disengaged from the abutting portion and the top lid is automatically switched to the opened state without having to be manually raised, thus enabling convenient operation.
Scoop with Level
A scoop and level for scooping a portion of granulated material and leveling the contents of the scoop. The scoop may have a volume suitable for brewing a single serving of brewed beverage, and in particular, for brewing a single serving of espresso. The lever is attached to the scoop and slides over the scoop to displace excess material, thus providing a desired amount material for processing, for example, for preparing a beverage. A scoop handle may further include a tamper opposite to the scoop. The tamper may be used to tamp brewing material after scooping, leveling, and pouring the brewing material into a holder.

An herbal infusion and decarboxylation device is an apparatus that enables higher control over an infusion process to make a high-quality infused product. The apparatus includes an infusion chamber, an infusion mechanism, and lid accessories. The infusion chamber enables the monitoring of the infusion process by including a chamber body and a lid assembly. The chamber body enables the visual monitoring of the infusion process. The lid assembly enables the attachment of the lid accessories. The infusion mechanism includes a mixing mechanism and a heating mechanism. The mixing mechanism enables a better blending of the infusion materials to generate a higher quality infusion. The heating mechanism enables the controlled heating of the infusion materials in the chamber body. The heating mechanism also enables the monitoring of the temperature of the infusion materials. The lid accessories enable the production of a wider range of infused products by altering the infusion process.
Venting arrangement for beverage forming apparatus
Aspects relating to a method and apparatus for venting a heater tank of a beverage forming apparatus using a vent valve that is opened and closed based on an operation to move a brew chamber lid between an open lid position and a closed lid position are provided. In one aspect, the vent valve may be positioned on a vent line distinct from a delivery line that delivers heated liquid from the heater tank to the brew chamber. In another aspect, at least a portion of the delivery line may extend downwardly from the top of the heater tank to a location between the top and the bottom of the heater tank. In another aspect, the at least a portion of the vent valve may be attached to the handle for movement with the handle.
