CHECK HANDLING DEVICE
A check handling device includes a receiver having an inlet that receives a check; a transport having a first transport path connected to the receiver and that transports the check received by the receiver; a recognition circuit located in the first transport path, the recognition circuit configured to detect whether each check transported by the transport is a rejected check or a non-rejected check; and a temporary storage connected to the first transport path and that stores check after detection by the recognition circuit.
MEDIUM HANDLING DEVICE
A medium handling device is provided including a stage on which a rectangular shaped medium is stacked in an vertical direction, and a liquid spraying mechanism including plural liquid spray nozzles that extend along the vertical direction and that spray a liquid at a medium stacked on an upper face of the stage. The plural liquid spray nozzles are respectively provided at positions facing at least three side edges of the stacked medium, and each of the plural liquid spray nozzles is disposed so as to spray the liquid at a specific spray angle with respect to the respective facing side edge.
MONEY HANDLING APPARATUS
According to an embodiment, a money handling apparatus has an illuminating unit and a controller.
The illuminating unit illuminates a support that holds dispensed money by illuminating thereon with light emitted from a light emitting source. The controller turns on the light emitting source of the illuminating unit according to a timing in a money dispensing process.
BANKNOTE DISTRIBUTION METHOD, BANKNOTE DISTRIBUTION DEVICE AND FINANCIAL SELF-SERVICE EQUIPMENT
A banknote distribution method, a banknote distribution device and financial self-service equipment are provided. The method includes: acquiring the sequences and the corresponding denominations of banknotes of a plurality of mixed banknote boxes wherein banknotes with a plurality of denominations are stored in a mixed mode in the mixed banknote boxes and taken or stored in a stack mode; acquiring the number and the denomination of banknotes of a plurality of single banknote boxes wherein banknotes with only one denomination are stored in the single banknote boxes; acquiring a current banknote distribution limit; obtaining a banknote distribution result according to preset banknote distribution rules and the banknote distribution limit; and outputting the banknotes according to the banknote distribution results.
Money handling apparatus, money handling system, and money handling method
When a checkout apparatus 10 serving as a money handling apparatus detects that change is left behind after dispensing of the change in a settlement mode, the checkout apparatus 10 shifts from a settlement mode to a left money retaining mode. Upon receiving money in the left money retaining mode, the checkout apparatus 10 stores information on the amount of the money, date and time of the reception, etc., in a memory, thereby managing the left money separately from proceeds from sales. Since the same money handling unit as that for the settlement is used for storage and feeding of the left money, miniaturization and cost reduction of the apparatus is realized. Since money equivalent to the left money can be dispensed as in the settlement, a complicated operation, such as opening a housing of the checkout apparatus 10, is not necessary when responding to a request for a refund of the left money.
Money handling apparatus
A money handling apparatus that handles money includes an inlet for taking in money; a money storing unit that stores therein the money; an outlet for dispensing the money; a money transport unit that transports the money between the inlet and the outlet, and the money storing unit; a money recognition unit that is provided to the transport unit and recognizes the money; a check receiving port for receiving a check; a scanner that scans the check to acquire a check image; a check transport unit that transports the check between the check receiving port and the scanner; a check recognition unit that recognizes check information that includes at least a check amount from the check image acquired by the scanner; and a control unit that dispenses money equivalent to an amount of difference between a transaction amount acquired from outside the money handling apparatus and a sum of the check amount and an amount of the deposited money.
CORRECTION DEVICE AND AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE
A deflection correcting device includes a banknote running passage defined by a first passage plate and a second passage plate. Deflection correcting wheels are arranged in the banknote running passage and a deflection correcting direction of the deflection correcting wheels is deflected from a reference side of the banknote running passage. A lateral guiding mechanism is provided at the reference side, and configured to drive a banknote that reaches the reference side to move in the transmission direction of the banknote running passage; and a deflection correcting adjusting wheel is provided at a tail end in a deflection direction of the plurality of the deflection correcting wheels, and a deflection correcting direction of the deflection correcting adjusting wheel is deflected from the reference side. The banknote is prevented from jamming at the reference side and the passage.
Bank note processing system having a combined florescence and phosphorescence detection system
A bank note processing system having a combined florescence and phosphorescence detection system. The bank note processing system includes a detection module which has a detector housing having a first compartment and a second compartment separated by a light baffle. An illumination source and a first sensor module are disposed in the first compartment of the detector housing and a second sensor module is disposed in the second compartment of the detector housing. The illumination source directs light to the bank note and the first sensor module measures the bank note's florescence at a first point in time. The second sensor module measures the bank note's phosphorescence at a second point in time and the detection module determines whether the bank note is a counterfeit bank note using the measured florescence and the measured phosphorescence.
MULTIPURPOSE CASHBAG LEVEL AND BANKNOTE PRESENCE IN ESCROW DETECTOR
This disclosure relates to a cashbag sealing system. The system comprises a banknote transport mechanism operable to transport a banknote to a storing unit. The storing unit includes a banknote storing bag detachably coupled to the storing unit, and an escrow plate operable to escrow the banknote before the banknote transported to the storing unit is stored in the banknote storing bag, wherein the escrow plate is operable to move from a horizontally extending hold position to a downwardly or obliquely downwardly extending release position, and wherein the banknote transported to the storing unit is escrowed on the escrow plate when the escrow plate is located at the hold position. The system further comprises a sensor configured to detect a presence of the banknote on the escrow plate, and measure a level of banknotes in the banknote storing bag.
