MIXED DENOMINATION CASH CASSETTE CURRENCY COUNTER
A system includes a cassette including a bill storage component to retrievably store the plurality of bills, and a picker system to retrieve one or more bills stored in the bill storage component. The system further includes memory and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the cassette, the memory having instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to generate a bill list comprising bill information for each bill of the plurality of bills stored by the bill storage component where the bill information includes a denomination and a storage position of each of the plurality of bills, receive a transaction request, identify a storage position of a target bill from the bill list for dispensing based on the transaction request and a denomination of the target bill, and cause the picker system to retrieve the target bill for dispensing.
Method and System of Validating Cash Transactions
A method and system of validating cash transactions which comprises capturing a unique identifier of a banknote, storing the unique identifier against a user identity of a user; and upon receiving the banknote as tender for payment, checking the unique identifier of the banknote against the user identity, requesting an authorization for release of the banknote for payment, and in response to receiving a successful authorization, transmitting an accept banknote message and in response to a failed authorization, transmitting a decline banknote message.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SANITIZING CURRENCY
A system and method for sanitizing currency is provided. The system generally comprises a container, control board, switch, power supply, heating elements, temperature probe, and charging ports. Currency is inserted into the system via an entrance, and the control board provides power to the heating elements from the power supply to increase the temperature within the internal cavity of the container. The temperature probe assists the control board and heating element to maintain a desired temperature for a desired length of time in order to kill pathogens that may be living on the currency. A switch on the container may be used to complete a circuit of control board and initiate a cleaning cycle when the entrance is closed by a user.

Method and device for storing information about objects fed to a self-service terminal
A method for saving information about objects to be verified that were consigned to a self-service terminal and that were deposited by the self-service terminal in cassettes, with the following steps: acceptance of objects; verification of the objects; if verification was not successful, determination of a clear identification of the non-verified object and saving the identification on a memory system that is physically connected to the cassette and is transported with said cassette.

VALUABLE-MEDIUM MONITORING SYSTEM, VALUABLE-MEDIUM MONITORING METHOD, SERVER, AND TERMINAL DEVICE
A valuable-medium monitoring system of the present disclosure includes terminal devices and a server, the terminal devices each including a controller that extracts information on a valuable medium and determines whether or not the valuable medium is a circulation-unsuitable medium based on the extracted information on the valuable medium; and a transmitter that, in response to a determination that the valuable medium is a circulation-unsuitable medium, transmits information on the circulation-unsuitable medium to the server, the server including: a memory that stores pieces of information on circulation-unsuitable media, the pieces of information being grouped into groups; and a transmitter that, in response to transmission of information on a circulation-unsuitable medium from one of the terminal devices, transmits a specific group of information on a circulation-unsuitable medium to which the circulation-unsuitable medium corresponds to any other terminal devices satisfying a predetermined condition.

MIXED DENOMINATION CASH CASSETTE CURRENCY COUNTER
A host device comprising an input/output (I/O) port, a first sensor, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to determine a cassette is docked with the host device, receive a transaction request requiring a specific denomination for dispensing, cause a picker system of the cassette to retrieve a target bill from a storage position of a bill storage component of the cassette based on the specific denomination for the transaction request and a storage position for a bill matching the specific denomination where the cassette is configured to generate a bill list comprising bill information for each bill of the plurality of bills including a respective denomination and the storage position for each bill, and cause the I/O port to dispense the target bill.
