Liquid bottle processing and refilling
Techniques for providing a reusable filled bottle are provided. A stations receives a bottle request from a user and uses information from the request to select and associate a sanitized bottle to the user. The user is charged for a bottle rental and provided with a filled reusable bottle. The user may also return the bottle to the station to have the bottle refilled or return the bottle such that the bottle rental is completed and the bottle no longer associated with the user.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES FOR DISTRIBUTING VARIOUS PRODUCTS
Systems and methods for distributing one or more products are described herein. The systems include at least one communication network; a distribution server and a device for refilling a container with the one or more products. The device includes a supply tank configured to retain the one or more products; a sensor configured to detect a level of the one or more products in the supply tank; a device communication interface operable to communicate with the distribution server; and a device processing unit. The device processing unit is operable to: receive a signal from the sensor indicating the level of the one or more products, determine whether the level is below a minimum threshold level; when the level is below the minimum threshold level, generate a request for a distributor to distribute more of the one or more products to the device; and communicate the request to the distribution server.
AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC PERSONAL CARE ARTICLES AND PRODUCTS
Systems and methods for operating a vending machine and one or more remote servers or services to generate user-specific recommendations of products or services by collaborative filtering executed and/or performed by one or more trained or untrained predictive models configured to ingest product attribute(s), product purpose(s), user location data, and/or user demographics. The predictive model(s) are leveraged to detect and determine user-specific preferences for, and preferences against, particular attributes, features, ingredients, aesthetic styles, and so on. Recommendations are leveraged to provide a custom selection of products and/or a custom mixture of products from the vending machine.
Device for Self-Service Exchange of Cylinders, in Particular Gas Cylinders
The present disclosure is directed to a device for the self-service exchange of cylinders, in particular, gas cylinders, including n unilaterally opened boxes for a cylinder, arranged in such a manner that the open walls of the boxes are substantially in one plane, with n being greater than or equal to 2, at least one sliding door, preferably n−1 sliding doors, with a size allowing at least one box to be closed and slide-mounted, so that opening one box by sliding the door causes the closing of another box, and a key lock, which in the open position allows a closed box to be opened by sliding the door, and in the closed position prevents the door from moving by a distance allowing access to the box.
VACCINE ADMINISTRATION APPARATUS AND METHOD
A dispensing apparatus is for use by users to take a chamber, fill the chamber with an aerosolized vaccine or other medicament, and dispose of used chambers. A display provides instructions to encourage prompt inhalation by the user from a dispensed and filled chamber. The apparatus allows very fast administration of vaccines to large numbers of people. The aerosol dispenser apparatus detects the chamber is in correct position and delivers a pre-determined dose of aerosol. Once the dose is delivered a visual and/or audible indicator informs the user that the chamber is filled and that they can take the inhalation. The single dose aerosol chamber is optimized for efficient administration of an aerosol.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR COLLECTING WASTE OBJECTS
A system for collecting waste objects for recycling including a reverse vending machine, RVM, and a carrier arrangement adapted to receive a devaluated waste object at a first location having a first elevation, and adapted to transport and deliver the devaluated waste object to a second location having a higher elevation than the first location and an inlet of the RVM. The system further includes a buffer arrangement adapted to receive the devaluated waste object from the RVM at a third location and to deliver the devaluated waste object to the carrier arrangement at the first location. The carrier arrangement includes at least one carrier adapted to move repeatedly between the first location and the second location. Further, a process of transporting and collecting waste objects.
Beverage container dispenser and method for dispensing beverage containers
A method for dispensing a beverage container to a consumer. The method includes receiving in a beverage container dispenser a first beverage container that contains a beverage corresponding to a beverage selection of a user. The method further includes dispensing a second beverage container containing the beverage from a temperature-regulated compartment of the beverage container dispenser. The second beverage container that is dispensed from the temperature-regulated compartment corresponds to the beverage selection of the user.
Method for identifying pledged property
The invention relates to a method for identifying pledged property, comprising the steps of: providing an apparatus, comprising: a guide tube in a substantially erect position, comprising an inlet and an outlet; and means for analysing the dynamic luminescence behaviour of a luminescent substance; wherein the means for analysing the dynamic luminescence behaviour of the luminescent substance are disposed so as to analyse the dynamic luminescence behaviour of the luminescent substance in the guide tube, even if said luminescent substance is in motion; introducing a pledged property containing the luminescent substance into the guide tube through the inlet; analysing the dynamic luminescence behaviour of the luminescent substance contained in the pledged property using the means for analysing the dynamic luminescence behaviour of the luminescent substance; and classifying the pledged property according to the result of the analysis.
Container compressing arrangement
Container compressing arrangement, mountable in a reverse vending machine, for compacting empty containers, in particular beverage bottles or cans which are preferably made of plastic or metallic material, such as PET or tinned metal, the container compressing arrangement including: a first and a second rotatable roller, each of the rollers having a working surface arranged between two oppositely arranged ends, wherein the rollers are arranged adjacent to each other to rotate in opposite directions around a respective rotation axis in a common geometrical xz-plane; and wherein the working surface includes a plurality of ridges extending across the working surface, in an axial direction of the roller, and distributed in the circumferential direction of the working surface, each ridge having a longitudinal extension in the axial direction.
