AN EARPLUG DISPENSING SYSTEM
An earplug dispensing system (10), comprising an earplug dispenser (11) and a support plate (12), wherein the dispenser (11) comprises a container (13) for earplugs, a dispensing mechanism having a dispensing aperture (14) and a movable element operably arranged for selectively dispensing earplugs from the container (13) through the aperture (14), and a control device (15) for operating the dispensing mechanism, wherein the support plate (12) on a front side (17) is provided with the earplug dispenser (11) and on a back side (19) is provided with one or more fastening devices (20) for fastening the support plate (12) to a vertical surface. The fastening devices (20) comprise a permanent magnet (21) for fastening the system to the vertical surface, wherein the magnet (21) has a back side provided with a friction-increasing material (22) for preventing the earplug dispensing system (10) from displacement in a plane of the vertical surface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF DEBRIS CLEARING IN VACUUM RETRIEVAL OF DISPENSABLE UNITS
Systems and methods of clearing clogs in nibs used for vacuum retrieval of dispensable units are described. For example, a system may include a container having a side surface, a base, and a protrusion. To facilitate dislodging debris from the nib, the nib may be positioned into contact with a protrusion in a volume at least partially defined by the side surface and the base. Further, or instead, because the contact between the nib and the protrusion occurs within the volume, the systems and methods of the present disclosure may increase the likelihood of collecting debris that has been removed from the nib.
TABLET PORTIONING DEVICE
The invention relates to a tablet portioning device comprising multiple tablet containers, a collection device arranged below the tablet container and having a dispensing device, and a packaging device for packing the tablet portions in portions, wherein the collection device receives tablets from the tablet containers and dispenses them as tablet portions via the dispensing device, wherein a conveying device having multiple conveying trays and extending in a conveying direction connects the dispensing device with the packaging device, wherein the dispensing device dispenses a respective tablet portion in one of the conveying trays and the conveying device transports the tablet portions to the packaging device, wherein the conveying device has a dispensing unit via which the tablet portions are transferred to the packaging device in portions.
