A tablet dispensing apparatus that allows the inside of tablet collecting mechanisms at the relevant locations to be cleaned altogether even if tablet feeders of a multiple tablet-compatible type are provided in a multilevel arrangement. A plurality of tablet feeder storage portions are vertically arranged in line and incorporated into a medicine storage portion of a tablet dispensing apparatus to be individually drawn out forward, and a common upper tablet collecting portion is provided on one of the two sides of the tablet feeder storage portions to be also drawn out forward. Consequently, it is possible to clean the inside of the upper tablet collecting mechanism at the relevant location altogether, even if the tablet feeders are provided in a multilevel arrangement.

Provided herein is a system for automated dispensing of articles. Systems may include: a robotic arm; an end-of-arm tool attached to the robotic arm; a scanning device proximate the end-of-arm tool; and a controller to control the robotic arm and the end-of-arm tool. The end-of-arm tool may include a body and two or more vacuum cups extending from the body, where the controller controls a level of suction provided to each of the two or more vacuum cups individually. Each of the two or more vacuum cups extending from the body may be movable between a retracted position proximate the body, and an extended position away from the body of the end-of-arm tool in response to instruction from the controller. Suction may be provided only to the vacuum cups of the two or more vacuum cups that are disposed in the extended position.

Provided herein is a system for automated dispensing of articles. A mobile self-vending beverage dispenser is disclosed. In embodiments, the dispenser includes a mobile housing divided into segmented sections. Each segmented section includes an outlet at the bottom for dispensing canned beverages and an access hatch for loading canned beverages into the segmented section. Each segmented section includes a vertical staggered raceway extending from the access hatch the outlet via which the segmented section is loaded with canned beverages, the cans traveling in a gravity-assisted path downward to the outlet for dispensing upon request.
