A system whereby a mobile fuel station may refuel vehicles is disclosed. Fuel reservoirs are provided in a mobile fuel station that may store fuel and dispense fuel through a hybrid fuel line. Fuel nozzles are provided which can be detachably connected to the hybrid fuel line and can measure and display fuel dispensed from the mobile fuel station. Communication devices and a network are provided that allow a vehicle and a mobile fuel station to communicate location and status information wirelessly with the network. Refueling services and maintenance services that may be carried out using the mobile fuel station are also disclosed and claimed herein.

CONDUCTING FUEL DISPENSING TRANSACTIONS
20230196360 · 2023-06-22 ·

Fuel dispensing transactions may be accomplished by a variety of systems and techniques. A fuel dispensing device may include a payment module, a data entry device, and a customer display. The payment module may receive a first communication from a point of sale device requesting an encrypted response and receive a second communication from the point of sale device requesting an unencrypted response. The module may match the first communication to a first corresponding library entry, match the second communication to a second corresponding library entry, determine a user response based on one of the first corresponding library entry or the second corresponding library entry, where the user response defines one of the encrypted response based on the first corresponding library entry or the unencrypted response based on the second corresponding library entry, and use the corresponding library entry to generate a visual customer display requesting the user response.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN A FUEL DISPENSER AND A MOBILE DEVICE
20220383292 · 2022-12-01 ·

Various methods and systems for communication between a fuel dispenser and a mobile device are provided. In one embodiment, a method of operating a fuel dispenser to communicate with a mobile device is provided that includes detecting the mobile device in proximity to the fuel dispenser, and communicating with the mobile device to receive input from and/or send information to the mobile device. The communication can use Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE).

METHODS AND DEVICES FOR FUEL DISPENSER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
20170355588 · 2017-12-14 ·

Various exemplary methods and devices for fuel dispenser electronic communication are provided. In general, a fuel dispenser can be configured to electronically communicate with a network cloud to access cloud technology services. The communication can be direct, e.g., without the fuel dispenser communicating with the cloud network through an intermediary such as a fuel dispenser forecourt controller. The fuel dispenser can include a communication module configured to electronically communicate with the network cloud. The communication module can be on board the dispenser.

BRIDGE CONFIGURATIONS TO COMMUNICATE WITH VARIOUS SITES

Various systems, mediums, and methods may involve a bridge configured to communicate with a number of sites, such as fuel sites and/or restaurant sites. For example, a system may determine a mobile device is associated with a given fuel site, possibly located at the given fuel site, among a number of other fuel sites. Further, the system may determine one or more connections of the bridge that may be configured to communicate with a site component of the fuel site. As such, the system may transmit fuel data to the mobile device based on the one or more connections with the site component. Thus, the mobile device may display an indication of fuel available at the fuel site.

Systems and methods for authenticating bulk products

This application generally relates to systems and methods for authenticating a bulk quantity of a consumable product with a corresponding product. More specifically, the invention associates a bulk quantity of the consumable product with a product parameter such as a consumption rate of the consumable product within the corresponding product; provides and authorizes a key and/or reader with the bulk quantity and consumption rate data to a specific corresponding product wherein the bulk quantity and consumption rate data are correlated to a maximum consumption quantity value; monitoring consumption of the consumable product within the corresponding product until the maximum consumption quantity value is reached; and providing an event output to the corresponding product when the maximum consumption quantity value is realized.

Systems and methods for pharmaceutical dispensing

A pharmaceutical dispenser for dispensing a quantity of pharmaceuticals into a container includes a pharmaceutical counter to count and release the quantity of pharmaceuticals. A pharmaceutical outlet delivers the quantity of pharmaceuticals to the container. A pharmaceutical gate receives the quantity of pharmaceuticals from the pharmaceutical counter. The pharmaceutical gate includes a receiver sized and shaped to define a pharmaceutical receiving space to hold the quantity of pharmaceuticals. The receiver moves between a receiving position and a dispensing position. In the receiving position, the receiver receives the quantity of pharmaceuticals in the pharmaceutical receiving space from the pharmaceutical counter. In the dispensing position, the receiver dispenses the quantity of pharmaceuticals toward the pharmaceutical outlet.
