Intelligent stereo garage system based on Internet+ and vehicle parking and pickup methods

An intelligent stereo garage system based on Internet+ and a vehicle parking and pick-up method. The system includes a mobile APP (10), a cloud server (20), a computer system (30), a programmable logic controller (PLC) system (40), a stereo garage (50), and an all-in-one touch machine (60), where the all-in-one touch machine (60) is deployed next to the stereo garage (50), and the computer system (30) is deployed outside or inside the stereo garage (50). A fully-automatic parking method uses different parking and pick-up modes, which technically ensures that users can get their vehicles in time without hindering other users, and allows users to truly experience the system intelligence. This deeply embodies the smart city's idea of interconnecting everything with a mobile phone. The method largely solves problems such as parking difficulty, illegal parking, unauthorized charges, traffic jams, traffic noise, traffic accidents, and vehicle pollution.

Parking environment management system and method

A system and method for managing a permit-based parking environment governed by a parking program. The permit-based parking environment includes a number of parking permits each including a unique RFID tag and tag number. One or more RFID readers are used to scan the vehicles parked in the parking environment to determine if a RFID tag is associated with the parked vehicle. The results of the scan along with information related to the parked vehicle are provided to a permit management system to determine if the vehicle is parked within the scope of privileges pre-defined for that vehicle, pursuant to the parking program governing the parking environment. The permit management system stores, manages, and monitors data related to the permits controlled under the parking program.

Parking meter system

A parking enforcement device includes a weather resistant housing, a processor disposed inside of the housing, a memory disposed inside of the housing and coupled to the processor, a network interface disposed in the housing and coupled to the processor, and a first camera disposed inside of the housing and coupled to the processor. The camera is aimed to face outward from the housing towards a target space, the first camera coupled to the processor. The processor is configured to recognize when a vehicle enters the target space, determine which of a plurality of parking class rules is applicable to the vehicle in the target space, and determine that a parking violation for the vehicle has occurred if parking in the target space is prohibited by the applicable parking class rule for the vehicle.

System and method for providing distributed on-street valet parking with the aid of a digital computer

A computer-implemented system and method for providing multi-locational curbside valet parking service is provided. A multiplicity of motor vehicle parking spaces are managed by a server. A plurality of smart parking devices and vehicle occupancy sensors are interfaced with the server. Use of a plurality of the parking spaces is reserved for a valet service. A reservation request for the use of the plurality of the parking spaces is accepted for use by the valet service for a period of time. Occupancy of the reserved parking spaces by a motor vehicle is sensed through the vehicle occupancy sensor. A valet drop-off location of at least one of the parking spaces that is reserved for the use of the valet service and is not occupied by a motor vehicle is identified. The valet drop-off location and a location of a lock box are provided to the motorist through a user interface.

A parking system includes: electronic parking passes that can be virtual parking passes or physical parking devices within vehicles; a network of connected wireless communication hubs; computer servers, associated software, and driver information databases (collectively called the Cloud Backend); and registered parking applications on mobile devices of vehicle drivers. All system components are interconnected and able to communicate with one another, creating a Driver Parking and Safety Net that enables drivers to find parking, make secure payments for parking transactions, dynamically upgrade their parking authorization levels on a temporary basis, and monitor for safety of the drivers even while they are away from their vehicles.
