Multi-function cashless gaming ATM
A system and method are provided for performing a cashless gaming ticket redemption transaction for a customer in a casino environment. The system includes a gaming machine, such as a slot machine, that the customer plays. Rather than issuing cash to the customer, the gaming machine issues a redemption ticket with a unique identifier to the customer. The unique identifier and the amount of the customer's winnings accrued on the gaming machine are stored and associated on a redemption ticket database. When the customer wishes to redeem the winnings, the redemption ticket is introduced to a multi-function ATM. To perform the ticket redemption transaction, the ATM is adapted to electronically accept the redemption ticket and read the unique identifier. The ATM then electronically communicates with the redemption database to retrieve the predetermined dollar value associated with the unique identifier. Finally, the ATM transfers to the customer an award equal to the predetermined dollar value in cash or credit.
Gaming system
A gaming system for enabling the simultaneous play of real-money, wager-based gaming and free, play-for-fun gaming is described. The gaming system is configured to deliver a fun game to a client in conjunction with a real-money gaming event and to initiate play of a fun game upon a predesignated triggering event of the real money game. The fun game is played by a plurality of players and fun game controller directs game information to a fun game server. Fun game information can be displayed for multiple players to drive competitive-type play among players and can be used to provide awards and incentivize play.
SYSTEM AND METHODS OF RECOMMENDATION MEMBERSHIPS IN A CASINO ENVIRONMENT
The present disclosure relates generally to gaming systems, computational devices, and methods. An illustrative method includes receiving a code request message from a computational device, where the code request message includes information describing a code requestor and a code parameter defined by the code requestor. The method may further include determining that the requestor is permitted to receive the shareable code with the code parameter defined by the code requestor, generating the shareable code, storing an electronic record indicating that the shareable code has been generated, where the electronic record includes an identifier of the shareable code and an identifier of the code requestor, and transmitting a code delivery message to the computational device, where the code delivery message includes the shareable code.
CENTRAL DETERMINATION GAMING SYSTEM WITH LIMITED TERM PERSISTENT ELEMENTS
A central determination gaming system which provides predetermined game outcomes while utilizing limited term persistent elements which persist over a quantity of two or more plays of a game and expire after a conclusion of the quantity of two or more plays of the game.
System and method for changing beacon identifiers for secure mobile communications
A system includes a casino management server and an electronic casino device that includes a beacon configured to wirelessly communicate with personal devices of players. The device transmits a request for a custom beacon ID to the casino management server, receives the custom beacon ID from the casino management server in response to the request; and configures the beacon with the custom beacon ID, thereby broadcasting the custom beacon ID to the personal device of the player. The server receives, from the personal device of the player, a pairing request that includes a received beacon ID as received by the personal device based on the broadcasting, validates that the received beacon ID matches the custom beacon ID, stores a valid association between the personal device of the player and the electronic casino device; and authorizes connected actions to be performed by the personal device based on the association.
EPHEMERAL BETTING IN IMMERSIVE ENVIRONMENTS
Described is a system and method for ephemeral betting within a panoramic video environment. A panoramic video environment is defined as a virtual experience, viewed on an information handling device (e.g., personal computers, mobile devices, virtual reality headsets, smart televisions, etc.) where the user views a panorama from a first person perspective relative to the camera capturing the video. The “view” may be a two-dimensional “portal” into the panoramic environment, or a stereoscopic view. The user will typically have directional control in the view portal, including the ability to pan, tilt, and zoom from the perspective of the camera. The described system and method creates wagering opportunities by combining the experience of viewing an event, simultaneously with other spectators, with real-time analytics and statistics derived from an object tracking system, thereby providing ephemeral wagering opportunities.
COORDINATING FUND TRANSFERS BETWEEN A GAMING DEVICE AND A GAMING ESTABLISHMENT ACCOUNT UTILIZING A MOBILE DEVICE
A system that utilizes a mobile device and a funding instrument associated with an external funding source to first transfer funds from the external funding source to a gaming establishment account and then, responsive to a completion of the first transfer, automatically transfer funds from the gaming establishment account to an electronic gaming machine and/or a gaming table.
ELECTRICAL COMPUTERS AND DIGITAL PROCESSING SYSTEMS INVOLVING INTERPROGRAM OR INTERPROCESS COMMUNICATION REGARDING RISK IN AMUSEMENT DEVICES AND GAMES
Various methods and apparatus related to gaming are described. Some embodiments relate to managing risk. Risk may be managed across different jurisdictions and among a plurality of wagering venues. Other embodiments are described.
GAME DEVICE CAPABLE OF GENERATING A PLURALITY OF GAME RESULTS BY BETTING
A game device capable of generating a plurality of game results by betting, comprising a betting tabletop (10), an imaging unit (20), a game result generating unit (30), a compensation unit (40), and a game processing unit (50). The game processing unit (50) determines whether a game satisfies a specified condition and then decides whether to generate an overweight signal, and makes the game result generating unit (30) generate a specified number of game results when the overweight signal exists, and the specified number is greater than 1. On this basis, in a round game, the plurality of game results can be generated by means of the game result generating unit (30), to satisfy the requirements of a player for obtaining a plurality of game results by a bet, the running of the game is accelerated, and the operating efficiency of the game is increased.
GAMING SYSTEMS AND METHODS INCLUDING FEATURE FOR TRANSFORMING NON-RANDOMLY GENERATED OUTCOME INTO ENTERTAINMENT GAMING OUTCOME
An entertainment gaming system and method for transforming a non-random number outcome into an entertainment gaming outcome. The entertainment gaming system comprises a central server, non-random number outcome generator machine, entertainment gaming machine, and database. The central server communicatively coupled with non-random number outcome generator machine and entertainment gaming machine. The entertainment gaming system collects non-random number based outcome from real-world events and transmitting it to the central server. The central server further utilizes an algorithm to process the received non-random number outcome into an entertainment gaming outcome. Further, the present entertainment gaming system comprises a database to store the received real-world non-random number based outcome and processed entertainment gaming outcome generated from the received non-random number based outcome. The central server then transmits the processed outcome in the form of an entertainment gaming outcome to the entertainment gaming machine to generate and render a game result.
