Portable beverage system and assembly
A beverage service system, assembly, and method enable a consumer to portably consume a beverage output from a single-service beverage media container. The beverage service system incorporates a lid formation and a liquid container. The lid formation is configured to receive and retain a single-service beverage media container, and provides a primary beverage outlet, a container-receiving aperture, and a container retention mechanism. The single-service beverage media container is received in the container-receiving aperture and retained by the container retention mechanism. The lid formation is attached to the primary liquid container thereby forming a lid-container combination. A liquid such as hot water may be directed through the single-service beverage media container as received and retained by the lid formation for outputting beverage therefrom into the liquid container. The beverage, as outlet from the lid formation and collected in the liquid container, may then be consumed via the primary beverage outlet.

A brewing device may have several different configurations to make various beverages. The robotic manipulator equipped with a water injection unit, which moves the water injection unit according to the process of brewing pour over coffee to pour water to a coffee dripper simultaneously to make coffee. The storage unit stores data, such as a position where the water to be poured, a route of the process of brewing pour over coffee, a speed of the pouring motion and the required amount of water to be poured during the process of brewing pour over coffee.
Kombucha brewing device
A kombucha brewing device includes two brewing chambers; a first stage (F1) fermentation chamber, and second stage (F2) fermentation chamber. A lid covers both chambers, and may include a first portion for the F1 chamber and a second portion for the F2 portion. The F1 portion of the lid may include a gasket and removable fabric cover insert. A base containing both chambers may include separate or segmented heating elements and temperature sensors associated with each chamber. A temperature controller may maintain the first chamber within a first temperature range and maintain the second chamber within a second temperature range by monitoring information from the temperature sensors and activating and de-activating the heating elements as appropriate.

The processing is also configured to process the substance based on the one or more processing instructions.
