SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REDEEMING CASHLESS GAMING TICKETS TO BANK ACCOUNTS VIA MULTI-FUNCTION ATM
A system and method are provided for redeeming cashless gaming tickets having associated monetary value, such as issued at a cash-out from a gaming machine in a casino. When the customer wishes to redeem the ticket, the ticket is introduced to a multi-function ATM. The ATM then electronically communicates with a ticket redemption system to validate the ticket. The customer may transfer the monetary value associated with the ticket to an account associated with a presented bank card, wherein the ATM transmits a request for transfer to a financial server which transmits a request to a financial network for crediting of the monetary value (such as less a transaction fee) to the customer's bank card account.
Contactless Event Processing
Systems for contactless event processing are provided. In some examples, functionality of a self-service kiosk may be requested. In response, a user may be authenticated and a first interactive user interface may be generated and displayed by the self-service kiosk. A user may capture an image of the generated first interactive user interface displayed by the self-service kiosk using, for instance, an image capture device of a user computing device. The captured image may be displayed by a display of the user computing device and the user may provide user input to the user computing device selecting a displayed option. The user input may be processed and mapped to functionality associated with the self-service kiosk. Based on the mapping, one or more instructions or commands may be generated and transmitted to the self-service kiosk. The self-service kiosk may execute the instructions or commands to execute the requested functionality.
Augmented reality security applications
A method implemented on an augmented reality electronic device includes establishing a wireless connection with an automated teller machine (ATM). The AR electronic device is used to authenticate a user of the AR electronic device at the ATM. An initiation is permitted of a financial transaction through user interface functionality for the ATM that is displayed on the AR electronic device. Financial information for the financial transaction is displayed on a display screen of the AR electronic device, instead of displaying the financial information at the ATM.
Real-time interbank transactions systems and methods
A method of performing a real-time non-inquiry electronic transaction is provided. The method includes receiving, by a paying bank computing system associated with a paying bank, a posting of a transaction from an account verification service, the transaction corresponding to a transfer of funds from the paying bank computing system to a depository computing system associated with a depository bank. The method further includes sending, by the paying bank computing system, an acknowledgement of the transaction to the account verification service, wherein the transaction is determined to be a non-inquiry transaction such that the transaction is posted at the depository bank computing system without performing an initial inquiry regarding the transaction at the account verification service.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL SERVICE USING AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR THE SAME
A deposit and withdrawal service system using Automated Teller Machine (ATM) includes a communication module configured to receive a transaction request associated with a customer's asset managed by an institution from the ATM, and transmit a processing result received from the institution in response to the transaction request to the ATM, and a statement conversion module configured to convert the transaction request received from the ATM into aggregated details data that is independent from the ATM, and convert the processing result received from the institution into statement details data corresponding to the ATM having requested the transaction. The communication module is further configured to transmit the aggregated details data to the institution, receive the processing result from the institution, and transmit the processing result to the ATM as the statement details data. According to the deposit and withdrawal service system, it is possible to standardize a task structure between the ATM operating institution and the institution, and deposit and withdraw the customer's points or loans managed by the institution such as a Fintech institution or a card company via the ATM through a relaying function provided by the deposit and withdrawal service system.
MEDIUM PROCESSING METHOD
A medium processing method includes receiving, by a primary processing machine, a customer's request for medium processing; in a case where the processing is first processing, storing, by the primary processing machine, a medium targeted for the first processing in the primary processing machine, and accordingly completing the first processing; and in a case where the processing is second processing, providing, by the primary processing machine, a customer with information for guiding the customer to a secondary processing machine.
DIRECT-SCAN CASH-MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The invention provided herein generally relates to devices, systems, and methods for handling cash or quasi-cash items in such a way as to substantially eliminate employee theft, error, or difficulties in reconciling a record of transactions with a total amount of money in a cash drawer. The invention also provides devices, systems, and methods for cash-collateralized electronic banking.
Graphical User Interface and Operator Console Management System for Distributed Terminal Network
A graphical user interface (GUI) and operator console management system for a distributed terminal network is described. In some embodiments, the terminals may be hardware terminals, kiosks, or clients. In some embodiments, a security analysis may be performed, and security scores may be determined, for visitors requesting operations at terminals based on an operator configuration. Security scores may be determined by a provider, in communication with the operator terminals, based on aggregation of a plurality of factors, wherein each factor may be weighted. The factors may incorporate operator settings or preferences. In one embodiment, the factors include one or more facial recognition factors. The one or more facial recognition factors may be used for biometric authentication. The provider may use the security scores to determine user privileges or permissions for the operations. The provider may deliver instructions or messages to the terminals based on the determinations.
System and method for automated deposit item handling
A computer system for automatically handling and releasing funds for deposit items has a memory storing instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the system to receive an image of a cheque received and scanned by an automated teller machine (ATM) for deposit into a first account of an institution associated with the ATM. The scanned image of the cheque is analyzed to identify an institution and account on which that cheque is drawn. If that account has sufficient available funds to cover the cheque, then the first account is credited in the amount of the cheque without placing a hold on any of the credited amount and funds of the account on which the cheque is drawn are encumbered in that same amount. After crediting the first account, an indication is provided that the funds are available (e.g., to withdraw). Related methods and computer-readable media are also disclosed.
Smart chaining
Identification information is received from a transaction card at a transaction machine. The transaction card is associated with an account holder using the transaction machine. Using an activity profile of the account holder, a determination is made to enable chained transactions during the account holder's use of the transaction machine. A sequence of user interfaces to display to the account holder is generated enabling the account holder to chain transactions based on the account holder chaining transactions during prior transaction machine usage.
