The method further includes receiving the authentication information by the computing device from a financial terminal that received the authentication information from the mobile device, receiving, by the computing device, first location information of the mobile device, and provisioning, by the computing device and based on the first location information of the mobile device being within a predetermined distance of a location of the financial terminal, the requested financial account for the customer.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ATM INTEGRATED CARD FABRICATOR
Systems and methods provided herein may include a card replacement system. The system may include an automated teller machine in data communication with a server. The automated teller machine may include an input device; a processor; a replacement card storage containing at least one replacement card, wherein the at least one replacement cards may include a magnetic stripe and a chip; a magnetic stripe writer; a chip writer; and an embossing device. The processor may be configured to: receive a replacement card request via the input device; request replacement card information from the server; encode replacement card information onto the replacement card using the magnetic stripe writer and the chip writer; and emboss user information onto the replacement card using the embossing device.
Media replenishment management
A method of method of managing media replenishment at a media terminal, the method comprising: receiving a media event from a media terminal; retrieving a next scheduled media replenishment event for that media terminal; evaluating if the next scheduled media replenishment event is scheduled to occur within an acceptable delay period; and initiating an unscheduled replenishment event only if the next scheduled media replenishment event is scheduled to occur after the acceptable delay period.
PERSONALIZED QR CODES FOR ATM AUTHENTICATION
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for creating a personalized visual code for completing a transaction at an Automated Teller Machine (ATM). An embodiment operates by receiving a request to complete a transaction from a mobile application on a user device, pairing the transaction with an ATM, retrieving information unique to the user, generating a personalized visual code based on the information unique to the user, and generating a rule for presenting the personalized visual code on the ATM, the rule including at least one of: i) when the personalized visual code should be presented, ii) how long the personalized visual code is to be presented, or iii) how the personalized visual code should move when presented on the ATM.
CRYPTOCURRENCY KIOSK/ATM DEVICE AND SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A standalone cryptocurrency kiosk/ATM device including at least the following components: (i) a bill validator; (ii) bill dispenser; (iii) printer; (iv) code scanner; (v) touch screen display; (vi) computing power in the form of a processor/controller; and (vii) internet connection means. The standalone device may include other components such as a backup power supply. In practice, the standalone device facilitates the purchase and sale of cryptocurrency. A plurality of devices and central computer/server may form a network of devices. A lightning network may be used in combination with a blockchain network to increase transaction speeds.
System and method for an automated teller machine to issue a secured bank card
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for an Automated Teller Machine to issue a secured bank card. An Automated Teller Machine to issue a secured bank card includes one or more memories storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute instruction to perform operations. The operations include receiving a request for a secured bank card from a user, determining if the user is a current customer, obtaining bank card application information about the user, receiving additional information to confirm the identity of the user, determining if there are already existing accounts tied to the user, transmitting the bank card application information to a server associated with the card issuer, receiving card options the user is qualified for, presenting the card options and instructions to select a cash amount to be remitted, approving, upon receipt of the cash amount, issuance of the secured bank card, creating a unique account for the secured bank card, activating the secured bank card and associating it with the unique account, and dispensing the newly activated secured bank card.
COMPUTER-BASED SYSTEM FOR PROVISIONING NEW ACCOUNTS USING LOCATION-BASED AUTHENTICATION
A method comprises receiving, by a computing device from a customer device, a request to provision a financial account for the customer, associating, by the computing device, a mobile device with the requested financial account, and sending, by the computing device to the mobile device, authentication information for the requested financial account.
Storing transaction details for mobile telephone top ups via automatic teller machines
Methods and apparatus for operating an automatic teller machine (ATM) to perform a mobile telephone top up. In an embodiment, a card reader associated with an ATM processor reads a card account number and receives, via an input device, an indication from the cardholder to perform a mobile telephone top up transaction. The ATM processor then transmits a request for prior top up transaction data to a service provider computer, receives the requested data, displays it on a display screen, receives a selection by the cardholder of a mobile telephone carrier and a mobile telephone number, and receives an amount of money indication to apply. The ATM processor then transmits a second request to the service provider including the amount of money indication and the selection from the displayed prior top up transaction data.
Cash transaction machine
Introduced is a technology for withdrawing cash from a cash transaction machine (CTM) by use of a mobile payment application installed on a mobile device of a consumer user (the CTM technology). Briefly described, the CTM technology enables a consumer user to identify one or more CTMs from which to withdraw cash by using his/her mobile device (e.g., a smartphone) as a virtual card. A particular CTM can be a conventional ATM or a POS system at a merchant's place of business. The user can use a mobile payment application installed on the user's mobile device to identify any nearby CTMs, request a withdrawal amount from a particular CTM from the identified nearby CTMs, receive a transaction code specific to that particular CTM, and physically obtain, or collect, the cash representative of the withdrawal amount at that particular CTM using the transaction code.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PROVISIONING PAYMENT CREDENTIALS
A method and system for provisioning payment credentials usable by a mobile device in conducting a payment. The method is conducted at a provisioning system and comprises the steps of: receiving payment credentials from a receiving device, the payment credentials having been obtained from a portable payment device presented by a consumer at the receiving device; receiving, from the receiving device, an identifier entered by the consumer; identifying a mobile device or a secure element corresponding to the identifier; and communicating the payment credentials or a derivation of the payment credentials to the identified mobile device or the secure element to be securely stored in association with the mobile device. The method may include: encrypting the received payment credentials, the encrypted payment credentials having a unique decryption key; and wherein communicating a derivation of the payment credentials communicates the unique decryption key.
