ALERTING USERS OF A PHYSICAL PICKUP POINT
The method, system, and non-transitory computer-readable medium embodiments described herein are directed to alerting a user of a physical pickup point. In various embodiments, a server receives a request to be completed by one or more Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) located at a first location. The server may be in communication with the ATMs at the first location and a sensor device at the first location. The server receives an alert generated by the sensor device at the first location that the user device is proximate the first location. Next, the server identifies one or more ATMs in a state to complete the request based on a parameter associated with the request. Next, the server transmits an identifier of the at least one ATM of the one or more ATMs that will be used to complete the request to the user device and instructs the at least one ATM to complete the request.
System for dynamic exception prioritization
A device includes a memory configured to store prioritization thresholds. The prioritization thresholds include one or both of threshold values and threshold ranges associated with an age and an amount of exceptions. A processor of the device receives exceptions associated with operation of at least a portion of the plurality of ATMs. For each exception of the plurality of exceptions, the processor determines, based on a comparison of an age property of the exception to an age threshold of the prioritization thresholds, an age score for the exception. The processor determines, based on a comparison of an amount property of the exception to an amount threshold of the prioritization thresholds, an amount score for the exception. Based on the age and amount scores, a prioritization score is determined for the exception which corresponds to a measure of an order in which action should be taken to resolve the exception.
Systems and methods for providing automatic teller machine security
Computer implemented systems and methods are provided for an automatic teller machine. In some embodiments, an automatic teller machine may comprise a display, a physical barrier configured to intersect a line of sight from a location adjacent the automatic teller machine to the display, one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors. The one or more processors may be configured to determine that a user is operating the automatic teller machine. The one or more processors may be further configured to alter a degree of opacity of the physical barrier, based on the determining.
PERSONALIZED QR CODES FOR ATM AUTHENTICATION
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for creating a personalized barcode for an account holder at an Automated Teller Machine (ATM). An embodiment operates by storing account holder unique data and a first rule for generating a personalized barcode unique to the account holder based on the account holder unique data. After receiving a request for completion of a transaction from the first account holder, placing the account holder unique data and the first rule in a pairing service. Thereafter, the ATM is configured to retrieve the account holder unique data and the first rule from the pairing service, generate the first personalized barcode based on the first rule and the account holder unique data, and present the first personalized barcode to the first account holder.
SYSTEMS, APPARATUS, AND METHODS FOR DATA ENTRY AT ELECTRONIC USER DEVICES
Systems, apparatus, and methods for data entry at electronic user devices are disclosed. An example apparatus includes at least one memory; instructions in the apparatus; and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to cause an electronic device to output an audio output corresponding to a first candidate character, the first candidate character random relative to a second candidate character, the first candidate character and the second candidate character representing potential inputs for a first value in a data entry field of an application of the electronic device; detect a first user selection of one of the first candidate character or the second candidate character; and in response to the first user selection, store the selected one of the first candidate character or the second candidate character in a buffer.
Symbols to indicate which ATM to use
A system and method are disclosed in which a symbol associated with an ATM of a plurality of ATMs is made available to a customer in response to a request for access to the ATM. The symbol identifies the ATM to the user in locations having multiple ATMs, thus avoiding confusion for the user. The symbol may be used for any of the possible transactions between the user and the ATM, such as balance inquiries, deposits, transfers, and cash withdrawals.
CONTEXTUALIZED USER RECAPTURE SYSTEM
Systems are provided for providing contextualized user recapture solutions. A user interaction contextualization system may receive a notification of a user accessing one of the organization's services via a user device. Responsive to the notification, the user interaction contextualization system may collect and analyze contextual data from various data sources, and real-time and historical user engagement data associated with the user. The user interaction contextualization system may then use the collected data to determine the user's likelihood of abandonment of the organization's services. Based on the likelihood of abandonment, the user interaction contextualization system may initiate one or more user recapture solutions.
PERSONALIZED AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE
Computer implemented systems and methods are provided for an automatic teller machine. In some embodiments, an automatic teller machine may comprise a touch-sensitive display, one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors. The one or more processors may be configured to receive authentication data associated with a user, retrieve user profile information based on the authentication data, determine user interface attributes based on the user profile information; and generate an automatic teller machine interface based on the user profile information.
MODULAR CONSUMER FINANCIAL SERVICES AND TRANSACTION SYSTEMS
A modular system for financial services and transactions includes an enclosure with at least one wall defining an interior space. A spine is disposed within the interior space and houses at least one component. At least one sub-system is disposed in the interior space of the enclosure and connected to the at least one component housed in the spine. The at least one sub-system is operable to interact with a financial customer.
GENERATING AND PROVIDING ENHANCED USER INTERFACES BY IMPLEMENTING DATA, AI, INTENTS AND PERSONALIZATION (DAIP) TECHNOLOGY
Aspects of the disclosure relate to generating and providing enhanced user interfaces by implementing data, AI, intents and personalization (DAIP) technology. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive, from enterprise computing infrastructure, first unstructured activity data associated with a first enterprise channel. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify one or more user intents by applying an intent discovery model to the first unstructured activity data associated with the first enterprise channel. Then, the computing platform may generate status tracking information based on identifying the one or more user intents. Thereafter, the computing platform may store, in a consolidated event repository, the status tracking information generated based on identifying the one or more user intents, and storing the status tracking information in the consolidated event repository may cause the status tracking information to be exposed to multiple computer systems associated with different enterprise channels.
