A cash processing system capable of preventing erroneous operations by an operator during cash transfer processing and enabling the cash transfer to be executed efficiently. This system comprises a first cash processing machine for performing an outgoing cash transfer, a second cash processing machine for performing an incoming cash transfer, and a portable terminal. The portable terminal is equipped with a display unit, an operation unit for receiving input of cash transfer information, including cash information, and a communication processing unit. Upon receiving outgoing cash transfer information included in the cash transfer information from the portable terminal, the first cash processing machine pays out cash based on the outgoing cash transfer information. Upon receiving incoming cash transfer information included in the cash transfer information from the portable terminal, the second cash processing machine receives cash based on the incoming cash transfer information.

A graphical user interface (GUI) and operator console management system for a distributed terminal network is described. In some embodiments, the terminals may be hardware terminals, kiosks, or clients. In some embodiments, a security analysis may be performed, and security scores may be determined, for visitors requesting operations at terminals based on an operator configuration. Security scores may be determined by a provider, in communication with the operator terminals, based on aggregation of a plurality of factors, wherein each factor may be weighted. The factors may incorporate operator settings or preferences. In one embodiment, the factors include one or more facial recognition factors. The one or more facial recognition factors may be used for biometric authentication. The provider may use the security scores to determine user privileges or permissions for the operations. The provider may deliver instructions or messages to the terminals based on the determinations.

CONTACTLESS OBJECT DISPENSING FROM OBJECT-DISPENSING MACHINES

Contactless dispensing of objects from object-dispensing machines. A digital token is wirelessly communicated to the machine via short-range wireless communication, such as Near Field Communication (NFC) or the like. In response, a push notification is communicated to the user's wireless device, which includes an activatable link for launching a mobile application. In response to launching the mobile application and authenticating the user, the mobile application provides object-dispensing machine-like user interfaces that are configured to allow the user to input object requesting parameters and submit a request for objects to be dispensed from the object-dispensing machine. The request is communicated to the object-dispensing machines (or corresponding backend processing systems) and, once the request is verified, the object-dispensing machine dispenses the requested objects.

In an example embodiment, there is described herein an automated banking machine with a user interface that enables a customer perform a financial transaction. The automated banking machine also comprises a first interface for communicating with a remote service provide and a second interface that can communicate with a customer service device. Upon receiving an input from the customer requesting assistance, the automated banking machine establishes a communication link between the remote service provider and the customer device. The communication link enables audio, video, or a combination of audio and video data to be sent between the customer device and the remote service provider.

Dynamic re-configuration of a user interface based on transaction information

A device may receive transaction information that identifies a set of third parties. The device may process messages in an electronic messaging account using a set of processing techniques after receiving the transaction information. The device may identify, in the electronic messaging account, a first set of messages associated with the set of third parties. The device may determine a manner in which to configure a user interface of an application associated with a user device to display the first set of messages based on the transaction information. The device may provide a set of instructions to the user device to configure the user interface of the application to display the first set of messages.

Automated banking machine that is operative to automatically detect and store service activities

In an example embodiment, an automated banking machine that is operable to detect signals corresponding to a plurality of service activities carried out on a transaction function device. Data representative of the plurality of service activities is stored in the transaction function device's data store.

Method of Visiting Online Banking Website and Browser

The present disclosure provides a method of visiting an online banking website and a browser, wherein the browser is adapted to visit an online banking website, and save an online banking website configuration file in the storing module of the browser. Regarding the implementing of the visiting method, when the webpage requesting information of a page website address is detected on the browser side, the browser firstly determines that the page website address is the website address information of the online banking website in the online banking website configuration file, and then initiatively initiates the downloading of a corresponding security plug-in on the online banking website and the installing program, so as to visit the corresponding online banking website via the security plug-in. Because the downloading of the security plug-in and the installing program are in advance completed by the browser before the webpage requesting information is transmitted to the online banking server, when the user is logging in the online banking server on the browser, the method can omit the operations of manually downloading and installing the security plug-in, and ensures the security when logging in the online banking server.

Systems and methods for near-field communication token activation

An automated teller machine includes a near-field communication (“NFC”) device, a networking interface configured to communicate data via a network, a display device configured to present information to a customer, and an input/output device configured to exchange data with the customer. The automated teller machine further includes a processing circuit including a processor and a memory, the memory structured to store instructions that are executable by the processor. The instructions cause the processing circuit to establish an NFC session with a mobile device of the customer, the mobile device having a mobile wallet, the mobile wallet including an inactive payment token representing a payment card held by the customer. The instructions further cause the processing circuit to receive at least one authentication credential relating to the payment card from the customer, verify the at least one authentication credential, and activate the inactive payment token.
