Cash drawer detection and control
Systems and methods for cash drawer detection and control are disclosed herein. The systems and methods may include use of an adaptor. The adaptor may connect a cash drawer to a point of sale (POS) terminal. The adaptor may include allow for an input signal to be received from the cash drawer. The type of cash drawer can be identified based on the input signal. An output signal operative to open the cash drawer can be generated and transmitted to the cash drawer to open the cash drawer.
Self-service point-of-sale terminal
A self-service point-of-sale terminal including a cover section having an inverted U-shape open in a front side and a bottom side, a casing that is movable with respect to the cover section and includes a lock configured to fix a relative position of the casing with respect to the cover section, and a coin and bill depositing and dispensing machine housed within the casing.
Device for storing elements
A device is provided for storing elements, each element including a first wireless communication unit. The device includes at least two drawer units each including: a drawer including a bottom defining at least one location for receiving an element; for each location, at least one second wireless communication unit including an antenna having a radiation-zone field, each antenna having a first state in which the antenna is activated and a second state in which the antenna is deactivated; and a data-processing unit able to control the activation and deactivation of the antenna of each second communication unit according to a control law.
Machine for filling cash boxes and device for receiving and moving a cash box for such a machine
A machine for filling cash boxes insertable into and extractable from the machine, including internally a portion for housing storage containers containing a cash reserve intended to fill the cash boxes, laterally to said inner storage containers a device for receiving and moving a cash box is arranged, the device for receiving and moving the cash box being equipped with at least means for vertical movement of the cash box between a raised position, adapted for inserting and extracting it into and from the machine, and a lowered position, at a lower height with respect to that of the inner storage containers present in the machine, the device also being equipped with means for horizontal movement of the cash box between the lowered position and a position distanced from it, arranged under the inner storage containers present in the machine.
Self-service payment device and control method thereof
The present specification describes to a self-service payment device and a control method thereof. One example method includes determining that a removable cover plate is in a first state, wherein the removable cover plate and a payment box form an enclosed space when the removable cover plate is in the first state, and the top of the payment box is open when the removable cover plate is in a second state; reading, using at least one radio frequency identification (RFID) antenna fastened to at least one inner wall of the payment box, at least one RFID tag, wherein each RFID tag is associated with a merchandise to be paid inside the payment box; and providing payment information based on the at least one RFID tag.
Security flaps for use with cash trays and cash trays including such security flaps
Security flaps for use with cash trays and cash trays including such security flaps are disclosed. An apparatus includes a cash tray having a base and a plurality of walls that extend from the base and define a plurality of paper-currency compartments. A plurality of distal edges of the walls define openings of the paper-currency compartments. A spring-biased security flap is coupled to the cash tray and adapted to engage or be immediately adjacent the distal edges of the walls of at least one of the paper-currency compartments to cover the corresponding opening.
Automated Till Register System And Method
An automated till register system that includes at least one processor, at least one Point of Sale (POS) system and interface, two cash recycler machines and one coin recycler machine arranged in a twin opposite configuration, the cash recycler machines oriented on opposite sides of one another, one on a cashier side and one on a customer side with a coin recycler located in the middle of the system between both cash recyclers. The system being networkable and having memory to perform executable instructions involving both cash and cashless transactions over a POS network thereby eliminating the need for a cash drawer and minimizing the handling of cash at every phase of the transactional process. Methods of use are implemented to eliminate cash drawer systems and minimize cash handling at all steps of the transactional process.
INTELLIGENT CABINET ACCESS CONTROLLER
The present invention is related to an intelligent controlled secure cabinet/drawer. The present invention provides advance and innovative cabinet/drawer which includes auto locking, easy item finding capability and touch-release features. An intelligent secure cabinet or drawer comprising an installable apparatus for controlling access by persons to identify and locate the items of the cabinet or drawer further comprising mounted drive shafts for automatic open or close and lock mechanism, a knob with on and off switch to control the cabinet or drawer to open or close, a mounting base, a unique motor enabled auto lock, an external and/or internal camera, a WIFI sensor and a pressure sensor.
