Systems and methods to provide a portable alarm
Systems and methods to provide a portable alarm, are disclosed herein. The system may include a top component that includes a connector, a first securing protrusion, and a second securing protrusion that extend out a bottom side of the top component; and a base component that includes a narrow cavity, a first notch, a second notch, and a battery-powered circuit board, the first securing protrusion, the second securing protrusion, and the connector engaging with or otherwise connecting with the first notch, the second notch, and the narrow cavity, respectively, to provide secure contact between the top component and the base component, the narrow cavity is linked to the battery-powered circuit board so that responsive to the connector being disengaged from the narrow cavity, an alarm is activated and responsive to the connector being engaged with the narrow cavity, the alarm is deactivated.
EMERGENCY CARE DEVICE
An emergency care device is provided. The emergency care device includes a device housing, a processing unit, a temperature sensor, at least one touch sensor, and a signal transmitting unit. The processing unit is disposed in the device housing. The temperature sensor is coupled to the processing unit, wherein the temperature sensor is adapted to send a temperature sensing signal to the processing unit. The touch sensor is coupled to the processing unit, wherein the touch sensor is adapted to send a touch sensing signal to the processing unit. The signal transmitting unit is coupled to the processing unit, wherein the processing unit controls the signal transmitting unit to send an emergency signal according to the temperature sensing signal and the touch sensing signal.
System for remote monitoring of an area intended to accommodate at least one passenger of an aeroplane and aeroplane cabin equipped with such a remote monitoring system
The invention relates to a system for remote monitoring of an area intended to accommodate at least one passenger of an aeroplane, notably a cargo area provisionally converted into cabin space, including: at least one control member configured to generate at least one signal relating to the safety of the passenger present in the area, and at least one interface means that is situated at a distance from the area and allows the cabin crew to have access to information relating to the area and/or to the passenger present in the area on the basis of the signal.
High voltage site alarm signaling system and method for electrical cabinetry
A safety system for high-voltage electrical cabinetry presents alarm indications representing alarm conditions of the electrical switchgear cabinet system at every electrical switchgear cabinet during maintenance. The system includes encoder and decoder devices connected to existing switchgear cabinet lighting infrastructure. The encoder devices receive alarm signals from a control system of the electrical switchgear cabinet system and send encoded alarm signals to the decoder devices by modulating power relayed from the encoder devices to the decoder devices and possibly to lamps. The decoder devices decode the encoded alarm signals and present the alarm indications audibly and/or visually using light and sound indicators. A technician performing maintenance can evaluate instantly the importance of the alarm based on the alarm indications and act accordingly.
ALARM APPARATUS AND ALARM METHOD
The present disclosure provides an alarm, which includes a fixing member and a folding member. The fixing member includes a plurality of transmitters and at least one luminaire. Each transmitter is configured to detect an environment where the transmitter is located, and transmit a detecting signal. The luminaire includes a speaker, a receiver, and a LED lamp. The speaker and the LED lamp are both electrically connected to the receiver, the receiver is configured to receive the detecting signal and control on/off of the LED lamp, and/or control the speaker to raise an alarm.
CONTROL DEVICE HAVING BUTTON STRUCTURE
A control device includes a housing and a button received within the housing. The housing defines a through hole and a latching slot. The button defines a pressing portion and a resilient arm. The pressing portion is slidably mounted within the through hole. One end of the resilient arm is coupled to the pressing portion, and a second end of the resilient arm is latched within the latching slot. When the pressing portion is pressed, the pressing portion slides to trigger a signal transmitting mechanism within the housing to emit a signal and causes the resilient arm to deform. When the pressing portion is released, the resilient arm is resiliently restored to cause the pressing portion to return to an initial position.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A DISCRETE WORKSPACE
This application describes systems and methods for locating, securing, accessing and utilizing a discrete enclosure or workspace. The discrete enclosure or workspace may be located in a public, private or semi-private setting and may comprise a combination of working platforms or surfaces, seats, desks and other apparatus, as well as computer hardware and software. Systems may comprise natural language processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other adaptive learning capabilities to enhance the use of the discrete workspace. The workspace may be dimensioned to be used for a wide variety of activities by one or more users.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS FOR SERVICE REQUEST PROCESSING AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD FOR SERVICE REQUEST PROCESSING
An information processing apparatus includes a plurality of cameras to capture images of regions of a floor space, such as a shop floor or the like. A server is configured to receive image data from the plurality of cameras and process the received image data. A communication terminal is connected to the server, which the is configured to detect a direction a person in the floor space is facing and a predetermined gesture of the person based on the received image data. The server determines whether the person has made an attendant request based on the detected direction the person is facing and a length of time the person has continuously made the predetermined gesture. Upon determining that the person has made the attendant request, the server sends a notification to the communication terminal.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR VOICE AND ACUPRESSURE -BASED LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT WITH SMART DEVICES
In one aspect, a computerized method for implementing voice and acupressure-based lifestyle management includes the step of measuring a speed at which a user is speaking. A wearable device records the user's voice with a microphone and communicates a digital recording of the user's voice to a computer processor. The method includes the step of measuring a time spacing between a set of user's words and a length of the set of user's words. The method includes the step of determining at least one anomaly by comparing the digital recording of the user's voice with a benchmark recording of the user's voice. The method includes the step of alerting the user of the detected anomaly.
Information sending method and information sending apparatus
An information sending method and an information sending apparatus are provided, which relate to the field of wireless communication technologies. A method includes acquiring state information of a receiver device; and determining a sending policy of to-be-sent information according to the state information. According to a method and apparatus in embodiments of the present application, a sending policy is determined according to state information of a receiver device, so that a receiver acquires information as much as it does not change a current state, thereby improving user experience of the receiver.
