The system may include a top component that includes a connector, a first securing protrusion, and a second securing protrusion that extend out a bottom side of the top component; and a base component that includes a narrow cavity, a first notch, a second notch, and a battery-powered circuit board, the first securing protrusion, the second securing protrusion, and the connector engaging with or otherwise connecting with the first notch, the second notch, and the narrow cavity, respectively, to provide secure contact between the top component and the base component, the narrow cavity is linked to the battery-powered circuit board so that responsive to the connector being disengaged from the narrow cavity, an alarm is activated and responsive to the connector being engaged with the narrow cavity, the alarm is deactivated.

Remote control for sickbed

A remote control for a sickbed contains: a body, a calling assembly, an operational panel, and a switch. The body includes a power supply set, a microcontroller, a calling knob, and a wireless communication module. The operational panel includes multiple buttons so that when pressing any one of the multiple buttons, the microcontroller starts the transmission mechanism to actuate the sickbed to lift or descend. The switch is arranged on the body and moves close to or away from the calling knob. When the switch is pushed to abut against the calling knob, the calling knob is maintained on a locking position and does not generate a calling signal. When the switch is pushed to move away from the calling knob, the calling knob is maintained on a starting position and is pressed to conduct the power and to send the calling signal.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a wireless emergency bell and a method for controlling a wireless emergency bell installed in a school and a school zone, the method comprising the steps of: receiving an input signal generated by pressing a provided button by a reporter when an emergency situation occurs; generating an emergency bell signal, repeatedly transmitting the generated emergency bell signal to at least one pager and a receiver during a predetermined configuration time, and outputting a prestored alarm sound to the outside through a provided speaker; generating an emergency bell voice signal and transmitting the generated emergency bell voice signal to the at least one pager and the receiver; generating an emergency bell voice transmission completion signal indicating that the emergency bell voice signal has been completely transmitted, and transmitting the generated emergency bell voice transmission completion signal to the at least one pager and the receiver; converting an operation of the wireless emergency bell into a reception mode in which data can be automatically received from at least one pager after a configured time; receiving a pager voice signal from the at least one pager; determining whether the received pager voice signal exists, and outputting the received pager voice signal to the outside through the speaker when the received pager voice signal exists; and determining whether a mode conversion command signal is received from the at least one pager when the received pager voice signal does not exist, and converting the operation of the wireless emergency bell into a transmission mode in which data can b e transmitted to the at least one pager and the receiver when there is the received mode conversion command signal.

Mobile terminal and control method thereof

A mobile terminal and a control method thereof are disclosed. A mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sound output unit which outputs a sound corresponding to reproduction of a content; a setting unit which includes a plurality of noise blocking levels and sets at least one noise blocking level on the basis of a user input; and a control unit which, when the content is reproduced, blocks surrounding noise according to the set noise blocking level and, when a specific event is detected, adjusts the already set noise blocking level such that the degree of surrounding noise blocking is changed according to the detected specific event.

DOORBELL CAMERA HAVING ACTIVE COOLING

A doorbell system is disclosed. The doorbell system includes a housing, a heat-generating structure, and a cooling system. The housing is configured to be coupled to a structure. The heat-generating structure and cooling system are coupled with the housing. The cooling system includes at least one active cooling cell. The heat-generating structure may be thermally coupled with the cooling system. The active cooling cell(s) are configured to utilize vibrational motion to drive a fluid for transferring heat from the heat-generating structure. The cooling system is coupled with and contained by the housing.

An alarm for a door is operable to generate an alarm signal when a rotary grip member of the door is rotated to a particular position, such as an unlocked position. The alarm comprises a housing having a strap retainer configured to receive and retain a strap to hold the housing to the rotary grip member. The alarm comprises a tilt switch for switching when the housing is tilted. Control circuitry is interconnected to the tilt switch and to an annunciator and is operable to activate the annunciator dependent on a state of the tilt switch.

Electronic device, notification control method, non-transitory storage medium, and notification control system

An electronic device includes a controller for distinguishing a moving state of a user, and a notificator for notifying the user of occurrence of a predetermined event by sound or vibration. The controller decides a notification time period for the notificator according to the moving state at the time of the occurrence of the event, and can thereby adjust the notification time period for the notificator according to the moving state of the user.
