EXTERNAL INDICATOR ASSEMBLY FOR A ROBOT CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT
An external indicator assembly for a central processing unit (CPU) disposed within an equipment cabinet, including: an internal fitting adapted to be disposed adjacent to indicator lights associated with the CPU; an external fitting adapted to be coupled to or disposed through an external surface of the equipment cabinet; and one or more optical fibers adapted to be coupled between the internal fitting and the external fitting such that light from the indicator lights is transmitted from the CPU disposed within the equipment cabinet external to the equipment cabinet such that the light is visible to a person external to the equipment cabinet. This allows the person to visually assess the status or power-down cycling of the CPU during a shutdown or restart process without or before opening the equipment cabinet, thereby preventing corruption of the CPU and assuring personal safety by avoiding contact with powered components.

METHODS AND APPARATUS TO IMPLEMENT OFF-SCREEN INDICATION OF BATTERY CHARGE STATUS IN MOBILE PLATFORMS
Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed that implement an off-screen indication of battery charge in mobile platforms. In an example, the apparatus includes a keyboard, an interface circuitry, and a processor circuitry. The example processor circuitry to instantiate remaining state of charge (RSOC) controller circuitry to detect a battery charge level display event on a mobile device, the mobile device in a pre-boot state. The example processor circuitry additionally to instantiate fuel gauge circuitry to determine a charge level of a battery of the mobile device and keyboard display circuitry to, after the battery charge level display event, cause a display of the charge level of the battery in the pre-boot state with ones of backlights of a second ones keys on the keyboard.

AUTOMATIC CONNECTION TO WORK SITE EQUIPMENT GROUPINGS
A work site equipment grouping system includes a plurality of work machines including a first work machine and a second work machine. Each work machine is configured to wirelessly communicate with other work machines. The system further includes a local area network including a plurality of communicatively connected nodes, the nodes including the first work machine and the second work machine. The system further includes a third work machine configured to detect one of the first work machine or the second work machine within a signal range of the third work machine and, upon detecting one of the first work machine or the second work machine, automatically join the local area network.
System and method for responding to an active shooter
An automated alert system, device and method designed to deliver crisis notifications within seconds to law enforcement personnel. The alert system and method is designed to enhance the response time to an active shooter scenario, thereby minimizing the number of causalities or victims associated with such dangerous scenarios. The system and method uses combination of various hardware components, cellular automation and partnership with first responders to provide an advanced alert system which ensures quick responses.

HOME OCCUPANCY INFORMATION SYSTEM
A home occupancy status and information system may be used to track information about human and animal occupants within a structure, and provide information to first responders in the event of an emergency. A rescue beacon may be positioned near an entrance to a home, and when an audible alarm or alarm signal is detected by the beacon it will provide visual alerts and/or audible alerts to attract the attention of a first responder, and will provide information on occupants in the home, such as a number of pets, a number of humans, and other information. A rescue device may also be carried by each pet or other occupant in the house, which may be activated by a wireless signal from a rescue beacon, or by a detected alarm audio/signal. When activated, the rescue device will provide audible and/or visual alerts to aid first responders in locating the occupant.

SCOPE MOUNTING ALIGNMENT ASSEMBLY AND RELATED METHOD OF USE
A scope alignment assembly is provided that can automatically level a scope. The assembly can include a base defining a hole and including a first scope ring, a spring in the hole, and a detent in the hole, the detent urged toward the scope. The scope mount can include a registration element disposed on a lower portion of the scope, distal from a turret assembly. The detent and/or registration element can be operable in a transition mode in which the detent moves along a scope surface while the scope is rotated about an axis of rotation, and a levelling mode in which the detent is configured to register with the registration element to provide at least one of a visual feedback, an audible feedback and a tactile feedback to indicate the scope is level relative to the base. A related method of use also is provided.
